Very well maintained and updated. Communication with Joy was excellent. She emailed us a document containing all we needed to know and there was a basket of travel brochures available to peruse when we arrived. The condo was well stocked with staples that reall was appreciated. Linens were lovely . All we could have asked for and more. The one and only drawback were the stairs leading to the second floor condo as we are seniors with mobility issues. However, two hand rails on either side helped.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo in the Rancho El Mirador complex. The unit was nicely equipped with anything we could have hoped for which made for a nice stay. The condo was nicely situated with a view of the mountains and the nicely landscaped grounds. We enjoyed watching the hummingbirds at the feeder or darting around the bougainvillea planted through the complex. The owners were terrific the deal with. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

This spacious condominium provides all the comforts of home with extremely comfortable beds, great linens and towels, a fabulously equipped kitchen, an amazing deck with a wonderful view of the interior courtyard. There is a new washer and dryer, two TVs, two well-equipped bathrooms. The Location is great with an easy walk to downtown Palm Springs with shopping/restaurants. .The owner, Joy, is readily available, always accommodating, and responsive. We have stayed in manyVRBO properties and this is the best by far. We can’t wait to return. Dereck and Terry

Fabulous location if you want to walk in Palm Springs. Unit is older but updated and very comfortable. Supplies were abundant and owner communication was excellent. The check-in process was not great for us. We arrived after dark and it was difficult to find the lock box for the keys and then the keys weren’t there. The owner helped us resolve it quickly so all was good. She was lovely.

Wow, I don’t know where to start, and that is not a good look for someone who works in publishing! My partner and I had the pleasure of staying at Joy’s Rancho El Mirador condo for the entire month of October. The condo has the three Cs: comfortable, clean, and convenient. We quickly felt at home here. Spending the entire month meant we were going to do a lot of cooking and the kitchen was well equipped. It also meant we were going to do laundry and the unit has a great new washer and dryer. There were plenty of fluffy towels, including pool towels, though we used our own pool towels that we brought. The bed was comfortable. The condo’s balconies faced east and west, enabling us to watch the sunrise with a cup of coffee and watch the sunset on the other balcony with a glass of wine. While the walk to downtown was just over a mile, it is similar distance to our condo at home and our walk to the center of town, so we fell right into a routine common to our daily life back in Florida. It was not un-common for us to do that walk twice a day. Joy was a pleasure to deal with, answering any questions we had via text or e-mail. You will be making a mistake if you DON’T stay here on a visit to Palm Springs! If you stay there, don’t forget to feed the hummingbirds! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching them feast!

Resort like amenities (i.e., pool/hot tub, tennis/pickle ball). Great location if you like to walk in nearby beautiful neighborhoods (e.g., Movie Colony, Las Palmas, Little Tuscany). There are also mountain hikes that can be accessed nearby. Only a block from the north end of the strip. For grocery shopping, probably best to have a car but you could also easily walk to nearby Albertson's and Stater Bros. on Vista Chino and Uber back with groceries. Great owner who is proactive and responsive. Would stay again. Recommend without reservation.

Older but nicely updated condo in an older complex. The entire complex has been very well looked after. Loved sitting on the balcony with my morning coffee in the sun, watching the hummingbird activity. Lots of very nice people staying in the complex, either as owners or snowbirds. Joy was a pleasure to deal with, and made sure any small issues were looked after quickly. And the apartment is so well stocked! Would love to return!
