We had room #427 this year, and again everything was lovely. The resort is kept very clean and well maintained by the staff who genuinely seem happy to be working there. They are extremely pleasant, courteous, and helpful. There were some ants in one of the corners by the pool and we told maintenance. The boss and a worker were out within 10 minutes of our letting them know there was a problem. They sprayed a little and took care of that ant hill immediately! You can't ask for anything better than that. The whole family loves this place and was so happy we stayed there again this year. We've already planned another visit in 6 months time, because we can't wait a whole year.

A little more temperature regulation on the Jacuzzis would help. It's Palm Springs and things get really really hot of course. But the jacuzzi is sometimes way too hot to be able to be enjoyed.

Very good location 5 minutes from the heart of Downtown Palm Springs. Plenty of parking. Friendly staff. The rooms look exactly like the pictures which is always a pleasant surprise. Very large two bedroom, two bath unit--Fully stocked kitchens, nice patios, barbecues, and pool area.

A couple of minor things needed repair in our unit. One towel bar in one bathroom was loose. The front plastic panel on the dishwasher was coming off and had been "partially" repaired once which was not adequate. There was never any complementary coffee or tea/water/soft drinks. The "happy hour" was absolutely awful with only red or white house wine in little plastic cups.

Pool hours, our keys to enter the apt were deactivated at 9 am not even check out time yet, some outlets didn't seem to work.

What a great property! Centrally located in Palm Springs and only 10 minutes from the airport. Groceries and CVS a block away. The units are much larger than we expected, with lots of living area. Beds were very comfy. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes and utensils. Safe also provided. They units are soundproof-never heard a neighbour. Two heated pools, two hot tubs, tennis court, table tennis, a gym and a small putting green to keep everyone busy. The grounds are beautiful and well tended. Centrally located BBQs and laundry facilities. The staff were SO friendly and helpful. Definitely the best I’ve ever encountered. Kudos to them.

Very clean. Unit large and very nice. Decorations a bit sparse so felt a little less than homey. I couldn't find any dishes in the kitchen (didn't look a lot) - glasses but no plates but there were some pots and silverware. I am thinking the scarcity of decorations was perhaps so people would not have things to steal. But it was actually quite large and nice, just could have been decorated better. Just felt they used a mediocre decorator.

There did not appear to be any creamer for coffee (there was a pot and coffee but I did not make it because I don't like black coffee. Didn't see plates for eatting (but they may have been hidden somewhere as I did not climb to look in all cabinets).
