Upon entry into the unit, we were disappointed by the misrepresentation of the unit. It appeared bright and airy, clean and well put together. Our disappointment was with the uncleanliness of the unit. The bathrooms were filthy with hair and scum residue everywhere. The walls were filthy and marked up. Overall, this is not for professionals but weekend parties.

We stayed for a week over spring break to ski Big 3. Front desk was great on check in, and super responsive. Offered to help get discounted lift tickets (which we didn't need b/c we have season passes). We asked for early check in and they were able to accommodate quickly, which we *greatly* appreciated. We also got free bus passes from the resort for the week, which made getting down to town extremely easy and convenient (but stops right at the resort and comes every 20 min or so). The unit was spacious enough for my family to spread out and have their own spaces, and we made great use of the in-unit washer/dryer all week. The decor was a bit dated/hotel feeling, and the unit we were in had some peeling paint/wall paper in a few places that maybe looked like old water damage. But overall it was a good stay and a fabulous trip, thank you!

We really enjoyed our stay! Very convenient to the town of Banff, and very comfortable apartment. Only recommendation would to have more kitchen accessories. Bowls, blender etc. other than that really nice place!

Stay at Hidden Ridge was amazing. Views were beautiful, service excellent.

As others have said, this property is a bit dated. Feels like it’s from the 1990’s. But it’ll get the job done for a quick ski trip in Banff. Parking is easy. The hot tub is really large so overcrowding was never an issue and the sauna was really nice. I would stay here again. We didn’t attempt to cook at all because the kitchen is so small.

The condo worked out great for our family of 5. The shuttle into Banff was really close and convenient. Wood fireplace and hot tubs where awesome after a day in the slopes.

Great place to stay. We needed some supplies toilet paper, paper towels, kitchen dishes, but they supplied those after we asked the front desk.

The property is just a bit far away from downtown. The apartment was a bit dingy and definitelynot cozy. We did burn the fire every day which helpex

Service was nonexistent. We had to deal with our own garbage, things were dropped off if we called for something we needed. In 5 days there was never a bathroom cleaning or vacuuming done. I expected more for the huge sum of money I paid. In the end over a thousand a day.

Nice property, able to accommodate an extended family with grandchildren. Hot tub/pool was very nice. Good location on Tunnel Mountain.

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was cozy and a bit small, but had a nice kitchen and beds. Also the location was really nice, right next to banff. The listing showed a home right next to the hot tub and pool but ours was not that location. Overall nice stay.

We stayed at this "4 queen" unit at Hidden Ridge. Unit was clean and in a good location. Employees at the front desk were very helpful with my various questions. The unit itself is showing its age and wear and tear. The floor in the kitchen was scratched, cabinets and other items were worn as well. Overall, ok but the resort should consider upgrading these units with new appliances and other items.

It’s bit outside of town, but was nice as it was very busy for Canada day. Perfect spot if you are going to hit the mountain biking trails.

The listing is misleading thinking that we would be staying in a log condo with great views but we were in a condo 10 feet from several neighbors and no view. The condo was in need of updating. The kitchen was poorly stocked. There were two large pots and two frying pans. No small pots to cook in, no cookie sheets to use in the oven, no paper towels. It is not well lit and dark. It’s location to Banff was the best thing about it.

We loved our stay, the location was convenient to ski slopes and the condo was comfortable. Sleeping in the left was a little warm as the heat in the downstairs rose, but that was a minor issue. Thanks for a great first vacation in Banff!

We learned we prefer more comfortable spaces for meal prep and lounging especially after skiing. The staff were quickly responsive to questions and requests for supplies. Beds (mattresses) and pillows were perfect!

We stayed there while on a ski trip. The location is great, very convenient free bus into town and the pools were great for those of us who weren't out skiing! Very helpful and friendly staff as well.

The property worked perfectly for 6 adults. The location was good relative to town and other attractions outside of Banff. The kitchen has the basics and just enough dinnerware and utensils for one meal, so the dishwasher was used after every meal. The property needs some small maintenance to be done and more towel bars in the bathrooms would be a good addition.

The property is perfect for a stay in Banff. It’s close to everything you need with the bus right outside to take you where you need to go, yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the downtown area that it has that peaceful mountain getaway feel. We only stayed for one night, but it certainly has the space and amenities for a long-term stay as well.

Decent property, away from downtown crowds, and sometimes bus service was crowded, but nice to not have to worry about parking in town. Property was “well used” and could use a deep clean (walls and floors) but was generally clean. Loft bedroom was hot at night, even with fans. View from pool/hot tub was great, and nice to have deck with chairs at condo to enjoy evening breeze.

Carpets were musky, not enough utensils in the kitchen, misleading pictures ( showed it was an independent bungalow, when in fact it was a townhouse in a community ) All in all, pretty disappointing.

Nice property in fabulous location. Amenities were good, hot tub was fabulous. Could use some updating, one window was broken and wouldn’t close properly, kitchen a little small but overall good experience!

Therer 4 nights for a conference in Banff. Great place. Nothing special but good value. Nice community hot tub and sauna. Definitely kitchen is not really well equipped for cooking but can make do. Staff at desk were above and beyond. Book directly through Hidden Ridge Resorts and save $$$$ :(
