These condos are old and clearly used a lot. Ours wasn’t terribly clean. Kitchen wasn’t equipped for cooking. Hot tub every day after golf was GREAT. Cleaning/maintenance staff was really helpful and friendly, working with what they’ve got. The condo was spacious enough for our family of four, though the loft bedroom and bath were pretty tight. The whole complex would be amazing with a complete overhaul.

We had a wonderful stay! Yes, the property was a little dated, but it was clean and spacious for our grown family of 6 adults with one person using the sleeper sofa in game room downstairs. We were a few minutes from downtown Banff and the front desk offered free bus passes that picked you up on the property. We would stay here again

Good location, close to bus. Short drive into town. Ample room. Cleaning service did not come every day. We had to get our own towels and the bed in loft was not made. Other than that it was fine accommodations for a short stay

We stayed at hidden ridge resort for my friend’s bachelorette, the location was great and the bus made getting from the resort into town incredibly easy!

The resort is beautiful, an easy drive to downtown, about a 30 minute walk. Great pool, jacuzzi and sauna. The place was spacious for our group of six. Decor is outdated. Great service and very responsive. Good parking options.

Everything was pretty much like advertised...it has been used a lot...needs either a thorough scrub or painting because the smell of bacon just never left even though we had every window open for over 12hrs. Otherwise a lovely location and very friendly staff.

The place was great just missing some minor details…like no paper towels and one of the elements in the stove wasn’t working! We love the location, free shuttle into Banff, the pool, fresh towels daily and the very pleasant staff! We were 7 and it was good but a little tight!

Good spot to crash, very nice hot tub/pool situation. Place was a bit worn out, but very clean. Happy with our stay there.

Nice stay

Long list of issues. had maintenance to our room literally every day of our vacation. More time spent dealing with issues in the unit than enjoying our time there. Had to have the fridge, dishwasher, plugs, electronics all replaced. All the door storage in the fridge was broken off. The dishwasher was replaced and then leaked all over the place at the first use. Fireplace was offered to use but was completely unsafe. No extinguisher in the units either. Dirty dishes and drawers. Tiles and trims falling off the walls. Oven door handle falling off. My husband is a contractor and spent his vacation fixing their door trims so the drafts would stop on all three doors. “Games room” consisted of a wii that didn’t work and an old hockey table with one loveseat. No knives in the room except butter knives despite the fact that there was an empty knife block….. the list goes on… no oven mitts, no cookware for the oven, filthy walls as if someone had sprayed something all over. NOT a good quality unit for the price we paid. Next time we come back we are most definitely staying elsewhere.

Hidden Ridge was a fantastic place to stay for our party of 4. The staff were attentive, professional and accommodating. Our unit fit us perfectly and the location was excellent, we all agree we would definitely stay here again.

We left a toothbrush in the upstairs bathroom if you would send it to our friend in Edmonton that would be great. Thanks.

We were pleasantly surprised by the amount of space in this condo with its 4 floors. The place was clean and all the necessary items (cutlery, pots pans, coffee maker, etc.) were available. The units are showing their age and could use a fresh coat of paint and seals around the doors and windows. The stovetops and oven could use a proper cleaning as all the elements smoked up when turned on, setting off the smoke detectors every time. The hot water tank element failed on our last day which was a bit of an annoyance but they did their best to accommodate and gave us a free bottle of wine. I would not hesitate to stay there again on my next trip, just not during a busy time of the year (Spring break, lol).

Quaint and nestled back in a great location to downtown Banff.

The scenery was beautiful but the place was average. The kitchen stove large burner did not work and there was not a baking pan. Also, the kitchen sink dripped and the place was not laid out very well . There were only three seats in the living room and the bathrooms were not on the main level. The advertising oversold the property.

This is a nice property and within easy walking distance to a lot of shopping and restaurants. Nicely laid out

The property was underwhelming compared to the description and pictures. The kitchen was tiny with dirty burners and inadequate supplies. The bedrooms were dark with poor lighting and the bedding was only fair. The development where the unit is located is being renovated and updated. The staff were very helpful. We did not use the pool or hot tub but it was always crowded.
