I loved staying here! Thanks so much for the stay!

My wife and I spent 6 days at this amazing location for our 29th wedding anniversary. It was easy to get anywhere in Tennessee we wanted to visit!! Highly recommended for a couple or large group. Having a garage to park the rental was a bonus. The beds were comfortable and big. The kitchen had everything that we needed for breakfast in the mornings. The bathrooms were clean.

Such a nice place to stay. It accommodate our group perfectly. 7 women! The beds were so comfortable and the bathrooms were nice and large. Really enjoyed our stay at this property and would definitely stay again.

Many random people walking and actually hanging out in front of condo complex. The unit next to ours was broken in and robbed Saturday night.Unit also needs a "deep" cleaning...front porch infested with spider webs and dirt..not usable...same situation at backdoor...spider webs and dirt.The floors were disgusting and dirty....just had feeling that housekeeping just does minimal cleaning.....would not stay there again.

Had some problems with getting into the house but the company was very responsive and even let us check in early. House seemed great at first and looks like the pictures, then the first night we noticed multiple cockroaches on the bottom floor mainly in the kitchen. Through out the stay we killed 6 but saw many more. A lot of the furniture was stained and dirty. There was also some kind of rodent droppings by the entry way. We also didn’t have a can opener or a spatula so we had to Uber to the store. Very disappointed in the cleanliness of the home.

Beautifully decorated and spotless, we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the magnolia house. Very close to all the places you would want to hit in Nashville!

This was an excellent place to stay with a group of friends for a fun weekend! The house was cute, and the pictures are very accurate. Easy checkout process, easy access to get into the home, and convenient location to lots of Nashville options. Not very walkable, but the Ubers are cheap and quick to arrive. Would definitely stay here again!

Such a wonderful and clean house in the perfect location! We had the best time in this home for my sisters bachelorette party and it’s perfectly located away from the noise to enjoy a peaceful weekend but also close enough to all the best spots! Will definitely look at coming again!

My boyfriends brother was turning 60 and wanted to go to Nashville. Something he and his wife wanted to go. They asked us to join them. The house was clean and close to the down town area.

Such a great place, so convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. Nice neighborhood and worked great for our group of 11 women. Would definitely recommend!!! Maintenance was very responsive when we had a light out and resolved quickly.

Seamless experience renting this property. Gorgeous kitchen, dining room, living room, and bathrooms. Spacious bedrooms accommodated our large group. Loved this rental!

This property is exactly as advertised. Clean, updated, comfortable with a perfect location to anything you would want to do. The ONLY. Complaint I have is the water pressure… sounds silly, but it was hard to rinse out hair or your body with the four little shower head holes and no pressure.

We had a wonderful experience with this property. The location was key as it was close to everything in Nashville, and we did it all. We also liked the large number of bedrooms (comfy beds!) and bathrooms. One recommendation to the property staff would be to have a few "staple" household items at the home like Kleenex, salt & pepper, Pam cooking spray, foil, soap bars. We would definitely stay here again!!! Loved it.

This property was perfect for our group -- 7 adults. Bedrooms were beautiful, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The kitchen was stocked -- 2 options for coffee (pot and keurig) with necessary supplies, silverware, plates, cups, etc. We weren't able to figure out how to get the water from the fridge to work, but we survived. Loved the location -- close to midtown and a short uber to Broadway. We'll be back!

The bedrooms were lovely and most had their own private bath. The place looked brand new. It also has a front porch perfect for enjoying the Nashville weather. The location was good, a short uber drive away from most attractions. Parking was easy. Communication with the management company was professional. We did not have any issues while we were there.

The description should include that one of the bedrooms does not have any access to a bathroom. This made it very awkward for our work group. 3 of the bedrooms have en suites which are the ONLY full baths in the house. The person using the bedroom without a bath either had to go downstairs to use the restroom or walk into someone else's room to use the bathroom. Also this location is much farther from down town then we were originally told. It is not walking distance.

We didn’t cook meals so can’t really speak to how the kitchen is equipped (could use some more coffee cups for larger groups through). Easy/quick location for Ubers downtown. Would def stay again.

This property was a great place for our group, everyone had lots of space to sleep and get ready and there was a large living area. The neighborhood was not the best and we were warned by several people that robbers target the townhomes in this area because they know there are lots of tourists. Something to keep in mind.

If you have problems with stairs, this is probably not the right place. Location we thought was somewhat sketchy but then realized we were close to everything, so it worked out well (short Uber rides to all the attractions)

This VRBO vacation home was gorgeous! The pictures depicted the property! It was a little far to walk to anything so we were happy we got a car! We all enjoyed ourselves! We would rent again.

The property worked great for the four families we had traveling with us. The trek to the convention center was about 10 minutes. Great to have a 2 car garage to use. Found everything we needed for the weekend. We did find it a bit tricky to set the thermostats to keep the upstairs from getting too hot. All in all it was a great stay.

Very clean and easy check-in. Close to Belmont University. Lyft best option for downtown. Would stay again.

Our family enjoyed our stay. The location was convenient and made it easy to get transportation to and from downtown and other attractions. Furnishings were just as expected. The property company was easy to work with. Our family had such a fun time.
