Didn't end up staying here at the Ameriva's Best Value Inn. Office was closed. Had a note on office door to call a phone number. Had to stay at the Econolodge next door. At first they couldn't find the booking, had to call wife and I did have the correct info. Booking .com ended up overbooking rooms for the other hotel. Wife called customer service to help them find our booking. Lots of hoops to jump through just for a room. The new hotel matched the price and finally gave me a room. There was a pending duplicate charge on my credit card, but one dropped off after 10 days.

Easy to find . Good location. The bed was very comfortable.

Could not check in to the motel. The lobby not functioning. Had to go to Econo Lodge. Breakfast was also at Econo Lodge . The breakfast was poor.No milk available to the cereals. Only bagels for bread.

AC needs to be cleaned better. The filters were full and disgusting causing the room to not get cooler. toilet paper and water pressure in shower needs improvement. The recent remodel made the stay bearable. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

It is newly renovated so everything is clean and modern. The beds were comfortable and the rooms are big. It was a really nice stay and the staff were very friendly.

That the pool was not open.

Very noisy and very loud guests next door and room next to laundry that woke us up very early.

Clean and good value

Shower was slippery

Breakfast was good, room was so, so. Staff was very nice and accommodating.

Room was minimum, no where to hang up your clothes. Location had a lot of street noise. Motel itself needs more updating, especially for the price.
