In my opinion not suitable for 4 people. The bedroom needs a new mattress.

We love the place, we have stayed more than once. The place is extremely safe and quiet. You have a great time and you have many attractions close by and just minutes from the beach.

Muy bonita la Villa, muy limpia, bien equipada con estufa, nevera, horno microhondas, cafetera y otros. Además, toallas suficientes, hasta sillas y toallas para la piscina. Lo pasamos espectacular. Volveremos!!!!!

Quiet and relax place to stay, the pool. Nice experience to drive around with the golf cart. We really enjoy our stay. We are planning to go back.

I will like to stay in this place again

I loved the condo and it’s location. The condo was well equipped with beach chairs, umbrella and cooler. Which made walking to the beach very enjoyable. The condo is small but extremely comfortable and clean. I was able to relax and enjoy the beautiful view from the balcony. I would stay at this condo again. Thank you so much...

I was just a bit unpleased with the fact that the pool was closed, but on the website it didn't notify me that the pool would be closed for the dates that I stayed. Overall it was a nice little getaway, nice location and a pretty good experience.

Excellent, everything was there to make you feel like if you were at home.

Overall, I think that the property is quite lovely and very well kept. It is in a great location beside a lovely pool and a quick walk to the beach. My four star rating has very little to do with the actual ownership/management. It is simply as a warning to anyone that likes quiet. Again, this is not the owner's fault. You can literally hear everything coming from the units around you. One night , I awoke to the sounds of well, " you know" above me. I could hear conversations, water running in pipes, cooking, television, etc.. in the units around me which is very disheartening as stated above, it is a great well equipped little unit. The only two issues with the ownership were the only bathroom outlet that did not work and my car security gate key that did not work the entire time that I did mention, but it was not remedied.

Su ubicación es con vista a la piscina, lago con tortugas y hacia el hotel. El complejo con muchas área para caminar y lo mejor es alquilar un carrito del golf es más divertido. Estuvimos 5 días y queríamos que darnos más tiempo la pasamos súper bien. La comunicación con Tania y Annette súper buena y respondían súper rápido. Gracias por darnos la oportunidad de quedarnos en esta propiedad. En mi próximo viaje para PR los tendré en cuenta para rental esta propiedad otra vez.

We absolutely loved our stay. It was very clean and stocked with everything you could possibly need from dishes to beach items. It was a very safe and peaceful place. The views were amazing. Would definitely stay again.

My teenage children and I really enjoyed our stay at John's villa which they call "La Palmita". The villa is located in the beautiful Palmas del Mar Resort. Conveniently near the highway, includes parking right next to villa. With an awesome view of pool and ocean, this villa is a perfect vacation choice. Pictures on the website do not do it justice. The balcony offers a wonderful spot to enjoy the sunrise and sunset while drinking your favorite beverage and hearing the sounds of nature. It has been beautifully renovated and is very comfortable and spacious. The cute kitchen served our purpose with full size appliances. We were provided a few welcome food and beverage items which we fully enjoyed. We had everything we needed in the unit to make our vacation a memorable experience. Beach items such as towels, chairs, toys and even a cooler are provided. Annette and Violeta were readily available to provide any assistance we needed throughout our stay. Our phone calls were returned within minutes if we had to leave a message. There is an information binder in the villa that offered valuable information of "things to do". This villa is located southeast of the island but within minutes of the highway, which made it easy to travel anywhere else. Neighborhood was pretty quiet and we felt safe coming home late at night at this convenient location. My teens can't wait to go back. We will definitely rent this villa again!

Great apartment! Very comfortable and up-to-date. Arriving and having everything you might need at your fingertips was a plus. Will definitely consider staying again in the future.

Awesome! Beautiful Condo, clean, quiet and we love the double doors entrance security!!! The size and layout work perfectly for us ( 1 adult, 2 children) . The location is very convenient, is close to the Wytham Hotel, the beach, elevator service, swimming pools ... in general a compact but very well organized place.

The unit was brand new. Near the Hotel and El Bohio. Working with Annette was a delight. I certainly will stay here again!
