Room and View (We had a suite facing the water)
We were there 5 days and could not get a reservation in the spa nor the michelin restaurant.
Staff told us they had tickets to the cable car so we asked for 2 for 2 days later. On the evening before, they just told us they ran out so we had to scramble and change all our plans for the day.
Do not rely on information for touring or arranging anything for you.
For a 5star hotel, this was quite disappointing especially when one is paying over 700€ a night

This place is expensive but fabulus. The location is fantastic. This was our first trip to Madeira but will not be the last.
Easyjet broke our case by snapping the telescopic handle. They were also late for our return, but the Suites are very very good. When we go again, will use a diferent
airline.

Excellent experience. The quality and comfort of the room really exceeded our (high) expectations. Modern and up to date, yet with a very nice touch. Outstanding open views. Excellent restaurants. We very much enjoyed the infinity pool and played some tennis on a well maintained court. Drinks outside with amazing views, close to the cliffs.

We spent amazing time at your hotel and we are very pleased of your high level of service and care of us during our stay and especially on the day of our 5th anniversary and engagement. Service, location, room, quality of food - everything was excellent! And highly recommend this hotel to others.

Our entire experience here was fantastic - from the amazing views (I think some of the best in the Funchal area) to the great food (we had breakfast/dinner there) and the helpful, fun, caring staff. We were super happy here!

Apartments are spacious and comfortable, with "all you need" in the room.
