This property was perfect for adults and young adult family members. The house was immaculate and had all the amenities we needed. we worked on puzzles in the kitchen, Football on the TV area and just relaxing in the living room. The street was quiet and only one block away from South Congress.

We had the best time in Austin and the house was perfect for a girls trip gathering. The home is warm, welcoming and beautiful. Everything was just perfect for our little group of old ladies We will be back for sure!

Rented this property for a bachelorette trip and had a wonderful stay. We had a group of 7 women and there was plenty of space for everyone. The location was perfect, close to restaurants, shopping, and grocery stores. We appreciated the decor and cleanliness of the property. I highly recommend this house to anyone that is looking for a beautiful restaurant rent in downtown Austin!

Our family loved being together for graduation weekend one block from South Congress. Scenic morning walks along the river, easy access to UT campus and lots of great restaurants and shops nearby. This cottage is a quiet oasis with its wonderful decor and outside landscaping.

I stayed at this perfectly located house in South Congress with 5 girlfriends for our annual girls weekend. It was walking distance to shopping, restaurants, music venues, and along the river. It was easy to Uber to other neighborhoods. The house is beautifully decorated and cozy. We were out and about during the day, but came back for happy hour to just chill in the backyard and listen to music. I highly recommend this place in a perfect location.

Place was beautiful and location was amazing!

Place looks exactly like the pictures. Great art, plenty of room, decorated so smartly with great books to read in your down time. Modern kitchen with plenty of dishes. Sweet charming Backyard space complete with grill- though we didn’t use it. Plenty of towels and washcloths were laid out, also has a washer and dryer and includes laundry soap. Both bathrooms had plenty of shampoo, conditioner and lotion- even make up removing wipes. AC worked very well during our hot temps stay. Entry and exit locks on the doors were very slick, didn’t have any problems. Location can’t be beat, an inexpensive Uber ride to just about everywhere. This was perfect for our ACL, 40th birthday celebration weekend. Allison was very responsive when we had a couple questions about check out. We would definitely stay at this place the next time we come to Austin!

Perfect house in a perfect location! It was exactly what we were looking for I’m so happy I found it. Super clean and cute and very easy to get ahold of Linda/Allison if we ever needed anything.

The stay here was AMAZING! Check in was a breeze & could talk to Allison at any time we needed her! Perfect little spot off of South Congress. We got to ride scooters all over downtown & was just a quick scoot to many restaurants & hot spots! Will definitely keep this house on my list of places to stay in Austin!

Short Uber rides to downtown, right around the corner from South Congress and delicious coffee/tacos close by! The house was super clean and the decor was absolutely beautiful! Loved this house! It was perfect for the long weekend and was equipped with everything you could possibly need. Walking distance to shops and restaurants and short uber to downtown and rainey street. The locks and check in situation were convenient and useful. There was an issue with a shower curtain and it was fixed promptly. Only thing I would add would be a few more towels.

This was a wonderful place to stay for a girl's trip I went on recently. The house was a perfect fit for 8 girls with very different personalities. I thought the location was ideal since we were just a walk away from South Congress and a little bit longer walk to other areas of the city. The house itself was very clean and had clear instructions on the the care of the house and checking out process along with some tips and tricks for staying in the area. Overall I rated this experience very highly compared to other similar stays.

Hotelette Austin was perfect. Great for a girls weekend away. The rooms were all perfectly decorated.

Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house in a great location, clean and beautifully decorated. Loved the retro record player and the screened in porch. I agree it could use one more full length mirror and some tissues, but those are seriously minor things:)
