I loved the location, the neighborhood and how safe we felt the entire time. It’s close to the supermarket, shops and Jobos beach. I would have liked more comfortable bed sheets but overall, I would stay there again.

I enjoyed my stay immensely, great location, comfortable couch and beds. I loved the library and the memory book as well. It was a great time in a quiet neighborhood, super clean and quaint.

Wonderful property and very helpful host. Great location and very clean. Host was quick to respond, no problems with arrival and check in. Plenty of amenities with beaches and local restaurants close by.

We loved this place we'll definitely try to rent it again when we go back to Puerto Rico you can come and go as you please and you have everything that you need just like if it was your apartment i Definitely recommend it, is by the airport so you'll hear planes going from time to time but it did not bother us to hear them.

All you need in a clean apartment. Nice neighborhood that is close to beaches, restaurants and stores. VRBO Rep - Esther is excellent.

Safe neighborhood. Good access to area beaches and towns nearby. Host was attentive. Apartment was clean and beds very comfortable. Parking a plus. Out of host control were the planes at 2 am, very close and loud! We would definitively consider to go back. Thank you

The location was amazing. Aguadilla was definitely our favorite place in our two week stay in Puerto Rico. Esther was an amazing host and took care of any problems immediately even though she lives on the state and had a 3 hour difference. We will definitely be returning to this place the next time we visit!

My experience here was very pleasant. You didn’t have to travel far to get a bite to eat or to enjoy yourself. I would like to just inform you to please update your book of places and events, due to hurricane Maria and the Covid 19 pandemic places have changed and closed. But I would for sure stay here again, if I can. Susan!

Let me start on why I chose this rental, on the pictures it shows a nice view but what it doesn't tell you on the description is that the view is only from the 2nd floor on the 1st floor all see is houses that's it also what it doesn't tell either is that there is a lot of bugs that come into the house, the service on the TV is horrible and on your phone as well, also the detergent that is use to wash the sheets is cheap and you can see the white powder on the sheets, the fridge took more than 24 hours to cool so my daughter's milk went bad and some other food as well, on the welcome book it states that they provide $1.75 for one load for the washer and $1.75 for dryer, well that is incorrect I asked the property manager about this and she stated, that is old I don't remember the last time we update the welcome book, on top of that a person rented the upstairs for like two nights and he was so loud and also was smoking Marijuana that's the kind of people she rents to. My family and I were not pleased with this rental at all I understand that is Puerto Rico and service is not great at times but come on the whole intire stay that is ridiculous. My recommendation is get a bigger TV better service and use a better detergent. Oh and on top of that the dryer is horrible I ran the dryer twice and our clothes was still damp so that's another recommendation get your appliances service. Not impressed with this rental. One more thing only one room has air conditioner and is really hot in the house. Money down the drain.

Beautiful property that has everything you need. Close to lots of activities and wonderful food. Jax Shacks Beach is absolutely beautiful, amazing for snorkeling. Such a wonderful stay. My Puerto Rico residing family thought the property was beautiful also! Would be nice if there was a little more bug repellent! :)

This was a great stay. Zero hitches, place was even cuter than described, beds were super comfortable, and the wifi was the best i’ve had anywhere on the island (which is huge because I am working remotely and have Zoom calls/huge file downloads and uploads constantly). The location is super convenient - you’re really close to Isabela/Jobos as well as a lot of great surfing beaches and restaurants in Aguadilla (and if you feel like going to Rincon it’s easy to get there from here, too). Great central point in a very quiet safe neighborhood. Everyone I encountered while there was lovely and very friendly. Washer dryer was also a huge plus. Also hot water was endless - hottest shower I have had (in a good way) in months of being in PR! Excellent spot to stay to really be in the middle of the action but not compromise on any comforts of the mainland US. Would def stay here again. Thank you!! :)

Peaceful, confortable, clean and well located (strategycally). The only negative aspect was the poor wi fi signal and the tiny tv.

I loved my stay here and it was very comfortable when it was time to retreat from a long day of exploring PR. The owner was very kind and I’m grateful for them helping me enjoy my stay. Close to the beach and in a wonderful neighborhood.

The property overall was well kept, and clean. Very close to Jobo Beach with Crash Boat, Parque Colon, and Gozalandia waterfall a short drive away, which are all great tourist attractions. Had the pleasure of meeting the owners of the property Brad and Esther very friendly and welcoming. Will definitly return to this property.

Loved this place. Got a little scared with the commercial plane that leaves around 2am. Everything else was great. Two great advantages, 1. near the airport 2.the fresh breeze in this area is amazing. Thank You!

I would recommend this place for adults only. We took our daughter and it was ok. There is one ac in the master and fans in the 2nd bedroom. I will say that the house was extremely clean and a good size. A few cons were that they do not provide beach towels which made things a little difficult because the towles that are provided are white! I found myself having to wash towels quite often because of this. Also it just so happened to be a bad week for the plumbing so there was one day that we didn't have any water so luckily we had family near by that let us use their house to shower. I will say that the owner did apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused us. All in all it was a decent stay and it is close to playa Jobo I was expecting a different experience based on some of the reviews but then again there are two units and some reviews didn't state which unit they were staying in. FYI we were upstairs. Tips for fellow renters: take or buy soap for bathroom to wash hands, you will need paper towles, BEACH TOWLES, toilet paper (if you stay longer than a week and you have 3 or more staying) , and if you intend to wash make sure you have quarters washer and dryer are $1.75 for each!!

I went there November of 2013 with my daughter who had never been to Puerto Rico. Place is awesome and the hosts are great as well. Brad and Esther were very hospitable. May go back this year, hopefully in November!

This was such a great place to stay! So close to many beautiful beaches and they have great suggestions of local places to check out! Such friendly owners and really helpful/responsive to any needs! I would definitely go back to this place!

This was a great rental and was as expected from the ad. Brad and Esther were great hosts and were easily available for contact when ever we had any questions. The property was very clean and secured. It's also very close to the beaches and anything else you would need. I will be booking again in the future.

Four of us stayed in the lower suite in Brad and Esther's guesthouse. The place was awesome, clean, functional and awesome! They are close to three surf spots and it's very easy to get anywhere. Brad provided a ton of useful information and made sure we were well taken care of. They even provided earplugs to help negate the morning jet and its wake up call. Thanks for everything from all of us! Especially Stefan. He told me to say that.

Esther and Brad described the apartment(s) quite well. I'm glad to see the updated map [or did I miss it when I arranged to rent 2A for two weeks in December 2014] The property is clean and well-maintained. The owners [Esther and Brad] provided quiet, restful stay having absolutely no control over the pilots or the noise generated at 4 am when freight planes take-off or land at the nearby airport [which seems to have a runway that necessitates a take-off that doesn't veer off over the ocean :( With ear-plugs and the hum of the a/c as well as time we got used to that disturbance. By rented car we were able to explore different areas of Puerto Rico from Balnearios to Mountain roads we found out stay to be exhilarating! Esther was quick to replace the blender and answered questions we had regarding fun sites and generalities we found confusing via email. Some of the information could stand being updated as in there are no beach towels or beach chairs available for renters use in 2A. Sadly previous renters made the option no longer fiscally responsible :( It did not matter in the long run as we were able to purchase another chair quite inexpensively at a big box store which we were able to bring home at no extra cost. During our last week we were able to find Jobos Beach [remarkably close.. as in back across the highway and past the cliffs on the left.. if you follow the road, you'll find it and a few other beaches worth exploring]. NOTE: If you are not staying in San Juan the likelihood of finding a map seem to have been non-existent. I SAVED them for reference the next time we visit! GPS co-ordinates would have been helpful before we got there; however, we found the rental after a horrendously long flight which was cancelled.. TWICE. By the time we left Isola we were rested enough to enjoy the week in San Juan. We hope to return .. SOON!

The property was clean & had everything we needed. The location is perfect, very close to Jobos, Shacks & Montones beaches. We rented both apartments for a group of 11 people. We stayed 9 days & the property was spacious enough for both of our SUVs to have off street parking & enough personal space that we didn't kill each other. We travel to PR often & would recommend this property. We hope to one day stay here again. Brad & Esther are super nice & were very accommodating throughout the booking process & duration of our stay.
