The location, it was close to metro station

In official presentation it saying that the kitchen is fully open for the guest But you can’t use the stove to cook nothing Also the washing machine was also closed for guest use Basically just to make one coffee and one sandwich in microwave the refrigerator was dirty and we have to use with the owner in the same time the whole place is put in very good pictures in the booking But it is far from reality is old dirty and the smell is everywhere we chose this place because it was saying the we can use the kitchen and I need to cook because my son in CELIAC and we can’t cross nothing which has gluten luckily the I had with me a small vacation stove and I could prepare the food outside in the balcony

It’s outside of Lisbon, but close to where I needed to be. A cool area anyway, lots of restaurants and shops around — as well as major tourist attractions and, the beach!

The shower could’ve been better, but if you use the hand held hose instead of the actual shower head it’s fine.

Good location, lovely owners, comfortable

It has a pretty comfortable bed, clean and really nice Terrace to have breakfast. The kitchen is partially available and the host is really nice. The house is not close to Lisbon center, but the area around is quite good to eat around, shops and really well connected to Lisbon center or Carcais. Parking is cheap close to the house. Market and cloth shops around.

The house has no Name tag for the accomodation and therefore it's hard to find. The place is located on a 4th floor, without elevator, so if you have a lot of luggage it can be challenging. Shared Toilet/bathroom (smells).

Very good hostel placed near mercado, huge park, beach and all types of transports. Lovely hosts. Clean.

Sometimes it's noisy. No elevator.

there is nowhere described that it is a hostel concept with shared bathroom when I booked the trip room. the lady does not speak any word of English or Spanish. 3rd floor but the elevator doesn’t work

1) It was very clean, both the bathroom and the room. 2) the woman in charge was helpful, our bus arrived a bit late and she was pending from our arrival all the time. 3) nice and big balcony.

1) The bed was too noisy and the pillows quite hard and uncomfortable. 2) keep in mind that this place is quite far from the downtown of Lisbon, you need to take at least 2 trains, the frequency is low in non peak hours. 3) The person in charge only spoke Portuguese which made a bit more difficult the communication to ask recommendations.

Spotlessly clean, silent at night, super comfortable bed, friendly hostess.

Location

This hotel does not have real and fair information that matches the pictures and the room description. (The rooms do not have private bathrooms and once you arrive is when you realize that your stay is not going to be what you expected). Personally I will never go back

WiFi could've been better

Position is good, close to Torre de Belen and the railway station

We arrived at 10 p.m. in lisbon and had difficulty getting to the hotel 1) because there was no parking nearby, not even paying for it; 2) the hotel, which is nothing but a private house with no reception, does not have a sign outside saying it is a hotel, but is just an old building from the 60s, on the third floor with no lift (there's one full of rubbish but broken for years we were told). So we had to go up with our suitcases, no lift. The owner only speaks Portuguese and that's ok, we are in Portugal, but when we didn't understand she made annoyed faces as if the whole world should speak Portuguese. The same thing happened to us in albufeira the day before, but even if there the owner only spoke Portuguese, at least she made an effort to speak slowly to make herself understood and she was nice, she gave us information on what to see and where to eat, here instead nothing. I was asked immediately 12 euros for the tourist tax (2 euros per person for 3 nights, which was not mentioned on booking.com) as soon as I entered when I had not yet brought my suitcase to the hotel and my girlfriend was waiting for me in the car because we did not know where to leave it as there was no parking anywhere. Very old shared bathroom (booking said private bathroom, one of the reasons I booked), clean room but no wardrobe (there was a tiny one but not even half a suitcase could fit), window looking onto a community terrace so better not to leave it open. The room was not cleaned once during the 3 days and we were not even asked if we wanted it. We were not given any receipt of payment, neither for the 160 euros of the room, nor for the 12 euros of the tourist tax. The owner asked us for our documents, she took them and brought them to her room (next to ours and the bathroom) I suppose to photocopy them, but we were not told anything, I had never seen anything like this.

The price-performance ratio was not enough for me, but this is how it will probably be in the whole of Lisbon - accommodation is simply expensive everywhere. The en suite room was relatively small for 4 people, but clean. The owner was nice, although she can't speak a word of English:)

We were looking for the exact location of the accommodation for a long time - it is on the third floor of a normal house and is not marked anywhere (bell, mailbox, ..) Even whatsapp the owner did not help us, because she doesnt speak English. I would also point out that garbage collectors collect rubbish here on Friday at 3 am - of course this is not a mistake of accommodation, just a little advice for others - do not leave the balcony door open at night:)

Val is so nice, an amazing person. I felt really welcomed! It's a familiar place and very quiet. Easy access to Cascais and Lisbon, close to buses and the train station.
