This are was awesome. Away from the hustle and bustle but still close to everything. The condo was a perfect place to rejuvenate and relax. The views from the balcony were spectacular! The room was clean and well equipped. Definitely recommend.

Fabulous view clise to water gorgeous beach. Lots of space, comfortable beds and fast elevators no wait. Needs updating in decor and appliances. Stove needs replacing dangerously eyes wouldnt turn off.

We have stayed at Dunes for 15+ years and have never been disappointed. This was our first stay at this particular condo and it was wonderful. Amazing views from the huge balcony and the condo was clean and very comfortable. It was also very affordable with much more room than the 4 of us needed, but that is definitely not a complaint. Parking is plentiful and the location is very convenient to everything we like to do. I would highly recommend this unit and hope to stay again.

It was a much needed vacation

We’ve been coming to DOP for 25 years. This is the 2nd time in this unit. We loved the views from the condo and especially the balcony! Many happy memories were made. Highly recommended.

Our overall stay was great. The vast view from multiple sides of our condo was amazing! The huge patio was a plus as well. The condo is a little outdated and can use some updating but overall it did the trick and my family had a great time. There were 2 pullout couches but you can only pull out one at a time as there is not enough room to pull out both. No sheets were offered to make either of the pullout couches so the person sleeping on the pullout simply slept on the mattress itself. There were blankets but no sheets. The refrigerator also doesn’t seal at the bottom so you have to physically press on the bottom with your foot or body to make sure it’s closed, otherwise it’s not cool inside and doesn’t keep any food cold. There are pieces of the wall/ceiling peeling off both bathrooms as well. If these things are addressed there really wouldn’t be any complaints.

Beautiful condo....breathtaking views. Plenty of room for our family of 10. Pools are great and everything is convenient. The owner was quick to respond to my questions. Would definitely recommend this condo for your next vacation in Panama City Beach.

We loved the view from the 11th floor balcony. The unit was spacious and uniquely furnished. There were a lot of extras such as books, games, sand toys, but we were unable to find a baking sheet in the kitchen anywhere. We bought one and left it for future guests. Check in was easy (and early!) and parking ample. The beach is lovely. We didn't check out the pools. Overall, nothing to complain about.

This property is a great deal for the size. Li action is great and the view is wonderful. Owner and property manager is very responsive and helpful. Great time would definitely come back.

My family stayed at the Dunes of Panama in 3 different rooms. Everyone always gathered in our room because of the size and the views. Bring on the 11th floor and a corner room made for a beautiful scenery. We would definitely stay again.

The condo was as advertised. Has the most gorgeous view of the ocean. We saw dolphins, fish and turtles from our balcony. The place was very clean and the ac worked great. The kitchen could use more equipment for people who cook at condo like can opener, scissors, larger mixing bowls for making meals for larger group and crockpot.

Property is outdated, and wasn't the cleanest. The "private balcony" in the kids bedroom is small and faces the parking lot. The kitchen is tiny and the oven/stovetop doesn't work well. It took is forever to cook our meals on it. The pans were dirty. The main shower / bathroom is super small and if you're over 5'3, good luck trying to fit in their to shower. My boyfriend who is 6'3 busted his head and and was down for a day due to bruising and a headache. The tub doesn't drain well while showering. You will stand in water while showering. The small washer / dryer stacked combo is located right next to the two front bedrooms, and is super loud! I got out of bed multiple times because I thought something was happening outside the bedroom door. Not a good location. Nothing within Walking distance Now to call myself out, and be truthful as a renter. My son tripped and fell into the wall while holding a chair, causing a hole in the wall and causing the decor to fall off the wall. This was in the kids bedroom. The blinds were left pulled up a guest bedroom and we are being charged for them being broken. When they were just pulled up, and still fully In tact upon us leaving. The shower door in the master bathroom was off the hinges and not able to be used. We did not use this shower once while In the property but we are being charged for a broken shower handle in this shower. Right before we were supposed to check out, I dropped a glass souvenir, while trying to clean this up I cut my foot badly. In the middle of this, at 930am, 30 mins before our checkout time, a man was banging on our door, forcing us out, making the glass and blood left uncleaned. I am now being charged a double clean up fee because I was rushed out of the condo, 30 mins early, without being properly ready to check out. I literally bled all the way outside, and had several people ask me if I needed help. The property manager gave me no time in between traveling back home, dealing with a broke down vehicle on the way home and making sure my kids were safe, time to respond to her emails, before leaving me a nasty message, leaving me a bad review and trying to ban me From using this site. Which is why I'm sure I'm being charged for things out of my control. Because I didn't reach out to her or respond quickly enough to her messages. Because we were traveling, and then stranded with car issues for 12 hours. I have used this site a ton, I have never had any issues until now.

The view and location were on point. Loved sitting on the balcony. A lot of room for us to spread out. The condo is outdated. Too many decorations for a toddler. The master bed and the other big bed were not that comfortable, one side was sunken in, other side higher. Need a couple more pots or pans so you can eat dinner in. Building was taken care of. Pool areas were nice. Nice stay!
