We had a great, relaxing stay at Tilemahos' villa for three weeks. We had our family (2 adults, two kids age 7 & 8), and my in-laws (who had not been back to Greece in over 30 years). His villa was home base for us in our travels throughout Greece. First - the property, the amenities, comfortably had more than enough room for all of us. Excellent appliances for cooking / having meals / etc. The pool was great for the kids to jump in and relax when we didn't feel like going to the beach (or weren't busy seeing the sights). Tilemahos was super helpful when we were planning other trips around Greece (we were visiting the monasteries in the north, and some islands, and had not been before). Beyond that, excellent recommendations for local restaurants around the area, butchers, mini markets / fruit and bakery that were close by (drivable unless you really like to walk). When we were staying, Tilemahos was quick to respond to questions via the app / call / txt - and was an all around amazing host. I cannot say enough good things about this stay. It was a wonderful stay! Thanks again!

The house is absolutely great, it has everything you need and it is very clean. Rooms are spacious, plenty of space for a big family. The owner, Tilemahos, is very kind and was always available for help. Great place, would definitely recommend!!!

My husband and I were finally doing a bucket list trip back to Greece. As a Greek American I have traveled there several times but never for an extensive period of time. We wanted a home that would give us access to preferred amenities while still enjoying peace, serenity and amazing views. We found that in this villa. I have to say it exceeded our expectations. We felt at home from the moment we walked in. The home has all of the modern amenities one would need coupled with beautiful aesthetics. The home owner remain accessible throughout our stay (one month) and the service providers (pool, cleaning, landscaping). This villa made our stay perfect. We did several day trips and a few overnight trips and the location was perfect. My husband and I have traveled all over the world and I’ve seen many beautiful things. We will add this to our list and can highly recommend this property to any discerning guest.

Toujours disponible si besoin. Malgré notre arrivée tardive (2h du matin), il y avait quelqu'un pour nous recevoir. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette maison.

The bedrooms were comfortable and there was a baby crib for my infant. The outside was perfect for eating and relaxing with a beautiful ocean view. The pool was a great way to escape from the extreme heat. The beach is a 10 minute drive away and it was absolutely lovely/family friendly. Please note, you will want to rent a car if you want to get around to the grocery store, etc. as it is extremely hilly. This was the perfect way to end our vacation and we would definitely stay here again!

The villa is situated on the hills and the views from each and every room are literally breathtaking. The villa is built and equipped thoroughly and carefully with attention to every smallest detail. The level of comfort is higher than in a 5-star hotel. Consider also room cleaning and bedsheets and towels exchange every 3 days. House and kitchen equipment is Miele – washing machine, dryer, stove, oven, dishwasher, etc. Two coffee machines – for filter coffee and for capsules. Water cooler and the stock of water bottles in the basement. There is an elevator from level -1 to level 0 and level 1. Lights, music, TV, pool – I could write the list of what you get at the villa for ten pages probably. But the highest valuable and most important is the warmest hospitality of the owner and his family. Tilemahos and his daughter Eleni did their utmost to help us feel free and comfortable. Many hints were given, lots of nice places were discovered, dozens of great restaurants were recommended. Eleni advised us when we asked but also, she texted to ask how was that and recommended something else. And, of course, Greece is a beautiful country and the area where the villa is located is very nice. It’s very close to Athens (20 mins drive to nearest metro station, to the airport (30 min drive), to the beaches, nice towns where you can walk, and many other pretty places. We have rented villas in Spain, Italy, other countries for 10 years now. However, I need to say, this villa is the number one among all places where we’ve been to. The very best. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay visiting several historical landmarks in Athens and surrounding areas, sailing on a sunset catamaran cruise, and visiting several beaches and beach clubs in Marathon, Loutsa, and Nea Makri. This was a great home base for our travels. It was a bit of a drive, and the area is definitely still recovering from fires that took place a few years back, but the beauty and attention to detail that the villa possesses definitely made it worth it. There are five lovely bedrooms with plenty of bathrooms, all decorated to a very high standard. The villa is exceptionally clean and homely and the bathrooms had a lovely selection of toiletries. It is in a very peaceful location at the top of a hill overlooking the sea, but you will need a car to enjoy the local restaurants and the beaches. The hosts were very accommodating and as our flight was arriving before check in time, they arranged for us to check in slightly early. Elena met us on arrival and showed us everything we would need and took us on a tour of the local area pointing out the beach, supermarkets and best places to eat. Tilehamos took the trouble to meet us on the second day to check everything was okay and they also kindly left us a large amount of fresh fruit and some soft drinks and prosecco when we arrived, which was very appreciated. The pool was lovely, albeit a bit cold, but it didn't stop us swimming each day. A superb villa which we would definitely recommend.

Dalla villa c’e Una vista bella sul mare. A soli 5minutidi auto c’e Il Daiving caffè una spiaggia organizzata con lettini, cuscinoni , bar , ristoranti e musica. Dal lunedì al venerdì è gratuito nel weekend si paghi 4€ a persona. Il ristorante offre ottimo cibo a basso costo. Villa e spiaggia consigliatissime. Villa pulitissima in 9 giorni hanno cambiato tutta la biancheria e pulito casa 2 volte. Vacanza molto positiva. Se dovessi dare un punteggio darei 9.

Wir waren mit der Familie dort im Haus und waren begeistert! Haus ist wunderschön gestaltet und modern, sauber und der Außenbereich ist genial mit Pool und BBQ Bereich. Auch der Service des Vermieters ist spitze mit Einführung und Stadt/Strandpromenaden Führung mit tollen Empfehlungen! Sekt und Obst warteten in der Küche, ein Pool Meister hat 2x den Pool gereinigt und eine Putzfrau das Haus gesäubert und Bettwäsche gewechselt. Ein Traum! Für jeden Empfehlenswert der Wert auf Sauberkeit und Stil legt! Immer wieder gerne! Vielen Dank!

We had a wonderful stay. Loved this impeccably kept villa and the incredible views. Tilamahos and Helena couldn’t have been more pleasant and accommodating. Would have been easier to have our own car though. Used local cabs to visit town. They charged 7-13 Euros each way . Never a consistent price. Would definitely stay here again, though. It was a great value.

We were a group of 8 friends over in Greece to see an ex work colleague. On arrival we were greeted by Tilemahos and offered drinks and then given a tour of the property. The villa is fantastic. Beautifully clean and well maintained, which was amazing considering the recent fires in the area. Tilemahos was so helpful, even taking us for a drive to show us the local area and beach and some good places to eat. We had a great week despite the weather as it was at the time of the Medicane. Athens is about 40 minutes away by car or you can catch a train about 15 minutes away from the villa. I would highly recommend this as somewhere to relax and act as a base for trips out. Thank you Tilemahos. I hope we will return some day.

Thank you! It was really nice to be in this rental house in Neos Voutzas. There were two families of us, totally 10 people, and we all had enough space to be there; in living room, in kitchen, in garden and so on. There were 4 floors at the house. House was comfortable and very clean. We want to say special thanks to a housekeeper. The view to the sea was astonishing, really. Morning sun rises from the sea were very beautiful. We also enjoyed the private pool. The weather was warm, so the wind was welcome. We needed and had rental cars, so we were free to go anywhere at anytime. Many times we visited beaches, for example in Mati and in Marathon. Athens we visited by metro, and went to see all famous temples and museums. We also visited Poseidon temple in the south by our cars. We enjoyed late, warm, dark evenings at the pool by watching all citylights and airplanes - arrivals and departures. This villa lived up to our expectations and beyond. The house itself is meticulously maintained. It has also been elegantly designed and the layout is superb. The view of the villa is breathtaking, as it is located on hill where you can see the Aegean Sea. There are five bedrooms which can comfortably accommodate 9 people.The rooms they are beautifully decorated and very cozy. The kitchen has every appliance you could wish for. The lounge/sitting area and dining room has so many features that show how much though has gone into making this villa so splendid. I would say the pool area was my favorite place, with these amazingly comfortable sunbeds which you can relax and enjoy the sunshine. The greenery is abundant and extremely well-maintained. The location is great, situated in a quiet area but near all local amenities. Tilemahos the owner of this amazing place, was super friendly and was always available to assist us. When we arrived Tilemahos took us for a ride around the local area and showed us all the shops and amenities that where close by. This place was like heaven, I highly recommend it to anyone who seeks a peaceful and relaxing holiday. Thank you Tilemahos.

Mr. Tilemahos was such a fantastic host!! When we arrived the house was ready for us with coffee, and some groceries so we did not have to go out right away, which was so convenient and generous. We stepped outside and right away saw the incredible view (and lovely pool), and beautiful village and sea. The house is magnificent, and so well designed and crafted. We each had our own special area as the house is spacious and very easy to navigate for many guests. Our rooms were all very lovely and the house is so well equipped and has everything you might need for your vacation. The pool was tended to and the house was cared for and sheets were changed twice during our stay, which was a lovely bonus. Mr. Tilemahos was very prompt and kind in answering any questions we had, or taking care of any issues that we needed help with very quickly. Mr. Tilemahos also very kindly took us through the village, to show us where we could purchase fruit, vegetables, groceries, baked goods, as well as where the best beaches were, and the nicest restaurants. All of this was so very helpful, and much appreciated. We really enjoyed our stay, much in thanks to Mr. Tilemahos' generous hospitality, and would be so happy to come back. Thanks so much!!

We have rented quite a few vacation properties over the years, and this was by far the best overall experience ever. Without hesitation we would recommend to anyone who appreciates style, kindness and treats this amazing villa with as much respect as it deserves! The villa is much better than the pictures show. The garden and pool are beautiful. The view is unbelievable, fantastic, as it is a panoramic view on the deep blue. Everything is immaculate and in perfect working order. The rooms stylish with super comfortable beds and each with AC, fully equipped kitchen with an amazing outdoor bbq. Linens and towels are lovely and changed every third day. The house has everything to offer to feel at ease and to simply jump into relaxation mode! The location is convenient to several beaches, and 30 minutes drive from Athens city center. Most importantly, Tilemahos is an amazing host. He was so helpful in orienting us to the villa and the area, provided perfect recommendations for beaches, restaurants and day trips, and was incredibly helpful when we needed assistance. I cannot recommend this property enough and would go back tomorrow if I could!

Dear Tilemahos, First thank you so much that we could spend our holiday in your beautiful Villa. Dear Daniel. Die Beschreibung der Villa passt. Wir waren für 12 Tage in Nea Makri. Schon bei der Ankunft hat uns Tilemahos (Vermieter) mit einem Prosecco begrüsst und uns durch die Villa geführt. Danach ist er mit uns eine Runde mit dem Auto durch Nea Makri gefahren und uns die verschiedensten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sowie mögliche Strände gezeigt. Wir waren mit zwei Familien vor Ort. Die Villa hat eine Menge Zimmer. Das zweite OG hat wie beschrieben Blick auf das Meer, ein super Bad und ebenfalls eine Terrasse. Das erste OG hat mehrere Zimmer ebenfalls mit Blick aufs Meer und 2 Bäder. Das EG ist sehr geräumig und die Küche ist super ausgestattet. Sogar ein Webergrill ist vorhanden. Die Terrasse ist teilweise überdacht sodass man sich sehr gut in den Schatten zurückziehen kann. Im Keller sind ebenfalls noch zwei Schlafzimmer und Bäder. Klimatisierung ist auch perfekt. Die Villa ist der perfekte Ausgangspunkt um Ausflüge zu machen. ca. 70 km nach Altkorinth, 30km nach Athen, 50 km nach Kap Sunion usw. Wer gut zu Fuss ist, kann natürlich auch die 42 km Marathonstrecke absolvieren. Wir haben dazu noch zwei Wanderungen absolviert. Beginn am Kloster. Reinigung wurde 2x durchgeführt, Pool wurde gereinigt. Tilemhaos hat ebenfalls eine Mappe mit wertvollen Tipps erstellt. Fazit: Wer Entspannung braucht und gerne auch Sigthseeing macht ist genau richtig.

My Family of 4 spent one great week in Tilemahos' house. Starting with a very warm welcome and a short tour to the bakery and supermarket, via a real great equipped house with much love to the detail (nicely equipped kitchen, very clean, very nice bathrooms, Tvs, Internet, nice bedrooms in all sizes) but most impressive of course the view from 3 different terraces. Even mid of April we were lucky with the weather, and could use the nice pool. As already mentioned in another post, often Pictures you see in the adds are more impressive than reality, here it's opposite (and actually not so easy to capture the view on a photo). The Location is perfcet, only 15min to the Highway, 30min to the Airport, 45min or so to Athens, 90min to Korinth. Probably one should mention, that a car is essential, for restaurants and shopping. I can warmly recommand this house, also maybe for two families.

Wir sind eine Familie mit vier Kindern und konnten uns hier ganz zu Hause fühlen. Es fehlte an nichts. Tilemahos, der Vermieter ist sehr nett und zuverlässig. Wir wurden mit Obst und Wein begrüßt. Auch ein kleiner Schaden, der bei unserem fast zweiwöchigen Aufenthalt entstanden ist, überging er mit einem freundlichen Lächeln. Die Fotos im Netz entsprechen der Realität. Das Haus ist sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Meerblick grandios. Obwohl es im Oktober schon etwas kühler war, haben die Kinder fast täglich den Pool genutzt. Die Eltern konnten so mit Buch und Kaffee die Aussicht genießen, danach folgten unsere Tagesausflüge. Athen ist mit dem Auto innerhalb von 30 Minuten gut zu erreichen. Deshalb sind wir mehrmals in die Stadt gefahren und hatten die Möglichkeit mit viel Zeit das wundervolle Athen kennen zu lernen. Auch andere Sehenswürdigkeiten sind von Nea Makri gut zu erreichen. Zusammengefasst ist dieses Haus ideal für einen Athenurlaub mit mehreren Kindern. Großen Dank an Tilemahos für den lieben Empfang und die unkomplizierte Vermietung des Hauses.
