no hand shower just too. very uncomfortable for my wife! AC extremely noisy. thin walls. thin blanket.

The hotel location

We were surprised to ask to show voucher when we were at breakfast section although we booked with breakfast included. It was quite different than other hotels in the area how Hilton Garden Inn operates. We talked to front desk and got vouchers but didn't eat afterward because the food was not up to our expectations. We found the beg bug on pillow and showed picture to front desk! Bedding: smelled and didn't look clean Fridgerator: small and didn't work properly AC: didn't work as we expected. Overall, we were very disappointed for the price that we paid!

room layout was fresh and modern. Spacious. liked the snack bar location right near the check-in. Free water and coffee/tea bar also great. good selection of items. very pleasant and helpful staff at check-in and check-out. thank you!

it was clean

used 1/4 toilet paper. There should always be a new or an extra roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. we were out of toilet paper early in the morning. Fortunately, we traveled for a funeral so checked out around 8am. secondly, there were no one to help carry our luggage to and from our room as we were disabled.

the pool is nice

During my arrival which was 730pm, I had to walk past a group of kids hanging in the vestibule, lounging on the floor of the vestibule and they were pretty loud. once I arrived to my room the bathroom counter and the bench in the room was badly stained. I shared pictures with the staff and was moved to a new room. We we to enjoy the pool and came back to our room just to freeze because the heat didn’t work. They sent some guy up that I’m sure was not maintenance, and we awkwardly sat cold on the bed in our swimming suits while he attempted to fix the heater unit. They finally decided to change our room for the 3rd time after we wasted much of our leisure time dealing with unacceptable conditions of our rooms.

I love that the rooms were very clean. I hate hotels (even the top luxury hotels are usually dusty) but I absolutely loved how clean the rooms were here! The staff are ALWAYS so friendly. The woman who checked me in this time was so sweet and helpful. Now, my whole family uses this hotel!
