I requested for an omlet and it was brought to me nice and hot. I offered to pay for my food before getting it and i was told before paying you 1st enjoy eating. The staff was very nice they went out of their way to make me feel welcomed and comfortable. The restaurant manager kept me laughing.

Even though I paid for the hotel room before i came I still had to pay a deposit before getting the room. And the deposit does not get refunded when you check out. Other than that every thing else was wonderful.M

We had an excellent Salmon dinner in the restaurant. The service was superb.

Nothing I didn't stay, the hotel needs a massive upgrade. Everything was old and looked uncleaned. I didn't feel like I could sit on the furniture . I felt like bugs and germs were on all of the furniture. Their were holes in the ceiling in the hallway. Construction was going on in the lobby, and the lights and furniture down in the lobby looked dirty. Not a good experience as a travel professional, I would not recommend to my clients and I would not return.

Cleanliness and location

The garden looked nice; we were hoping to get a garden view room but didn't. There was a wedding during our stay and we weren't able to go see it. Getting a cookie upon arrival was nice. Not the best cookie I've ever had, but it did the job.

The place is a maze - very easy to get lost. There are no maps posted around the facility to help you find what you need, and the signs that are posted can be confusing. We were not able to reach the front desk any time we tried calling. Called room service to ask for utensils - I then received a call back (from a man with a very bad attitude) telling us to come down for them. He then gave my partner a dirty look and attitude upon picking up the utensils. The balconies are tiny and have no chairs for seating.

I am really sad to say that the location was the best part of the stay

 The curtains to the balcony had holes in it, and was very dirty. The glass was dirty. There was no chairs on the balcony. The linen was not clean. I open the screen, sliding glass door and got stung by a wasp due to a wasp nest in between the sliding glass door and glass door I told the employees I was told I had to wait to the next day to speak with a manager, both TV remotes did not work for the room at all the clock was broken I booked us room for a family getaway. My son has allergies. The amount of pollen and dust on the rail of the balcony was unacceptable. The reason I got this room was because of the balcony and the pool upon check-in, I was told there is a birthday party going on so the pool was extended to nine I could not even get into the pool or the Jacuzzi. There was no room due to the party so I told my son we could go outside to the courtyard, there was another party going on in the courtyard, none of the staff seemed to care I spent almost $300 on the room for one night. I am a Hilton rewards member as well. I always book on bookings. I am very upset about my stay

They are not professional when check in. No check and no explanation what happened Only say to call to my manager. No manager where.

A suite that was large 2 rooms and clean with an air purifier 👍🏽

It’s a huge building just a long walk to get to the suite.Maybe consider people with small child(ren) when assigning room.

Location

The beds were not clean. I had to switch rooms 2 times because the sofa bed was broken. I ended up doing my own cleaning of the room and made the beds with new sheets they provided. I also had to use all my Clorox wipes to wipe down the room. I do not think it was cleaned before hand but I had already switched rooms so much I didn’t want to move again as it was 8 pm and I have a broken leg.

I love the room and the indoor pool for the kids. Plus the garden area was awesome

Set up of rooms-we liked that it was a suite

Swimming pool was disgusting-there were things floating in it, the front desk staff at night wasn’t courteous or accommodating. They refused to give us towels for the pool and were annoyed to give us more for our room. The beds were super uncomfortable. My husband and I both had back pain after sleeping there.

The breakfast staff and cook were awesome at the restaurant. The staff in the hotel were all great as well .

Room was not cleaned properly , items left over from previous renter , fridge had a spill in it that was never cleaned . Room not vacuumed properly . Hotel halls smelled like old cigars and smoke .
