We loved our stay. The place was updated and clean, and we were a close walk to Main Street. We would definitely come back.

Everything was great minus the Place was a little smaller than expected and Hot tub not great.

Everything was brand new, looked good and functioned well. Location can't be beat. Most of all, communication from the host was fast and polite. If I had to pick something to complain about, the bunk bed was pretty squeaky - kids complained a bit. But this was minor. It's a great place overall.

The duplex house was great for our family of 4 + my parents who were able to join us this year. The house renovation was nicely done and all the kitchen fixings were quite convenient. Each bedroom having a bathroom plus another half bath on the main floor was perfect. The short walk to both Main Street in town for restaurants and shopping made it easy for us to get out every day. Less than 200 yard walk to put your skis on or take off was nice too. There wasn’t a place to store our skis, so we just put them in the back of the car each night. That was the only critique i could find, so great place otherwise.

My girlfriend and I, as well as a few of our friends needed a quick vacation. We were all absolutely amazed at this VRBO stay. We all agreed that this was the BEST place we had all ever stayed on vacation before. The layout was perfect and accommodated all of our needs. The hot tub and heated bathroom floors downstairs was just the cherry on top. If we ever know anybody that is making their way to Park City, this will be the place we recommend!

This property was awesome. You can’t ask for a better location. A very short walk to the Town Lift and Main Street made it feel a ski in/ski out. The kitchen was very well stocked (could use a couple cookie sheets, though!) and equipped for cooking meals at home. The home actually has two hot tubs - one for each side of the duplex with a shared deck. We had an issue with the hot tub heating up and someone was sent immediately to fix it. I can’t wait to go back to beautiful Park City and stay in this home again. The only issue we had was the beds were superb, super firm, making sleep a little difficult. You won’t regret staying here!

A group of 6 of us stayed at the home and just had a BLAST. We ate every meal inside actually and fully enjoyed the space. I wasn't sure how the living room would function, and whether ample space would be provided for enjoyable social time- I was more than pleasantly surprised! And because of the ample supplies to cook and clean, we were on top of our game at every corner. Best walkability to the lifts you could imagine. And guarantee if the roads had snow you could ride into the driveway. Everything was very clean and super easy to use. Hot tub was a blast. Highly recommend and enjoyed our most memorable stay.

The location was perfect. The house was very clean and comfortable. We loved having a bathroom attached to each bedroom. Showers were great. Wonderfully hot water. The hot tub was excellent. Only downside were overly firm mattresses in upstairs Queen and downstairs king. Our friends staying in the upstairs Queen purchased a mattress topper during their stay because they couldn't sleep well. Park City Hosts was very accommodating with adding and then cancelling an extra day when requested.

We’ve stayed at several properties in Old Town. This was a great location, very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Great upper deck in back with views for morning and evenings. You do need to carry luggage up or down stairs to bedrooms. Mattress in upstairs master could use box springs, it’s very firm without it. Very easy check in and check out. Would recommend this property!

Great location !!!! 3 minute walk to Main Street and the town lift. The 3.5 bathrooms worked out great for our 5 guests. We could of had 2 more guests stay comfortable in the house. The outside hot tub was awesome after a day on the slopes. I will book for next year !!! PS: This was our first visit to Park City. We really enjoyed skiing and boarding at Park City Mountain and The Canyons !!! We have skied Aspen/Snowmass, Vail, Tahoe, Big Sky, Jackson Hole and Whistler/Blackcomb. PC and The Canyons are at the same level if not better than all of the above resorts. Luke and his team were great to work , everything was easy !!!!

We really liked this condo! We appreciated that it was so well equipped and we did not have to buy paper towels and ziplocs, etc. It was very clean and modern. Access to Main Street was a short 5 minute walk at most.

Home was nicely remodeled and was perfect for our family of 6. Everything was available to make for a comfortable stay, we especially appreciated the humidifiers in each of the bedrooms. Short walk to Town lift and Main Street. Location was excellent.

Location, location, location. New, new, new. Great job by the owners responding to our needs. Property management company, not so much. They were basically MIA the entire trip, but owners stepped up to deal with AC issues. We bought a couple of fans to help with heat wave in PC. Would stay here again for sure

We had a family gathering of 10 adults, and took both houses. The location was wonderful, a short walking distance from both the Town Lift in the morning, and downtown bars/restaurants in the afternoon and evening. The folks at Cooper's Cabins were always attentive and a pleasure to work with. When we had questions or needed their help during our stay they were only a few minutes away, and always came over with a smile. Recommended.

This Home sits in an amazing location with great views, a clean and bright home that I will definitely rent again. It has adorable furnishings but the best part is the location as it's one block from Main Street and one block from the lift. The kitchen is well equipped. The bedding is comfortable and new. Speaking of new, this is a brand-new renovated duplex so everything feels new and clean . I love to rent places that have just received a fresh coat of paint like this one. You can rent three bedroom or six bedrooms, we have taken the entire home and will spend many nights on the front and back decks by the firepit and the hot tub. This town is precious and I hope to come back soon, not only to ski but to enjoy it in the warm seasons.

From the moment James met me at the front door, I knew I made the right decision renting these town homes from Cooper's Cabins. Even though we arrived early he graciously accommodated our group, walked us through all the amenities of the property, and ensured everything was in order for our stay. We were a group of 12 adults, so we actually rented both units. Both homes were clean, spacious, and exactly as pictured with plenty of room for our luggage and gear. My guests especially loved the bed linens, tastefully decorated bedrooms, and spa like bathrooms. These were very welcome after a long day of skiing which is made ultra convenient as the town lift is literally down the street. Further down is Old Town Main Street full of shops and restaurants. The location of these homes can't be beat, you're literally in the middle of everything. I also wanted to acknowledge Marin and the reservation team at Cooper's Cabins. She was always responsive and answered all my questions. It was a pleasure to work with her. This was a birthday trip for myself and brother. When we arrived to the town homes we were greeted with a personal note wishing us a Happy Birthday and a bottle of High West whiskey. Thank you so much James, Marin, and the Cooper's Cabins team for your hospitality! I highly recommend this place and I will definitely be back in the future.

We stayed here 12/16 through 12/19 after Park City got a ton of snow-The condos were so close to the Town Lift, we could have walked there with our ski boots on! They have 4 parking spaces, so the parking wasn't an issue for us or other families. The house was completely remodeled and was so awesome with huge TV's in the living area and bedrooms. We especially loved the showers with massaging stones for the base which felt amazing. All of the appliances were new and the heat definitely kept us toasty since it was -4 degrees outside. The rooms were all tastefully decorated with a contemporary look and great to relax comfortably in. My daughter was hooked with the wi-fi and enjoyed how close we were to restaurants and shopping (along with the skiing proximity). Definitely would highly recommend to families and friends to get together who don't want to drive around and want to walk around. All of the luxurious necessities were here - will definitely be coming back to stay here!!!!!
