A vacation that will be talked about for years to come. We had everything we needed for a week getaway. The grandkids lived by the pool and loved catching frogs at night. The lagoon was fun to fish and see crabs. We had a few issues, but the owners were quick to respond and attempted to fix what they could. The beach was only a 10 minute walk away. Overall, a good vacation and a great place to stay!

The home is very well appointed and clean. It is simply beautiful! The kids spent hours and hours in the pool and fishing in the lagoon. The location is perfect for a short walk to the beach. We had such a good time and made memories with our family that will last a lifetime!

Our stay overall was A+ from checking in to checking out. Communication was very good and prompt. The house had everything you needed and was wonderful. Highly recommend staying here you won’t be disappointed!

We have stayed at various homes with the family over the last twenty years and your home was at the top of the list for everyone. Close to the beach, entertainment and restaurants, but quiet and peaceful if we stayed at the house. All of the supplies and kitchen equipment well above average. Would highly recommend this home to families.

The property is so nicely decorated and maintained. Plenty of room for the whole family to spread out. Activities for kids and adults. Well-appointed with all the fishing, beach gear, and games you need (and beach towels are provided!). Our family had a lovely stay and Cindy was a gracious and accessible host.

Beautiful house, feels like a resort! All the amenities were fabulous: pool, floats, bikes, kitchen tools, etc. Cindy was easy to communicate with and very helpful! I’d definitely stay here again.

The property was just as listed. It was clean, spacious, and comfortable for our group of 6 adults and 4 kids. The privacy of the pool area was an extra plus. It is a 5-minute walk to the beach, which felt longer on hot days. But definitely walkable. There were so many fun extras, we enjoyed the kayaks, bikes, and ping pong table. We had a few questions during our stay, Cindy was always available to help us out! I would highly recommend this property!

It is a GORGEOUS home! Perfect in every way! Large rooms with everything you need! Kitchen is well stocked! Loved the huge washing machine & dryer. And the home is situated back from the street, with a large circular driveway. And it was VERY easy to communicate with the owners. They answered my calls/questions immediately. (I gave four stars to the overall cleanliness originally, but after we called Cindy, she had her cleaning crew come back to do a few minor things for us! So that was awesome!!! In their defense, we might have rushed them because we were anxious to start our vacation!)

Stayed here for a recent vacation with our children and grandkids. It was lovely. The pool and hot tub were used very frequently. We had quite a bit of room. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked well. The grandkids loved fishing and kayaking in the lagoon, table tennis, the use of the two bikes, the beach, area activities, etc. I would suggest this for any large group. Thanks. . . .

This property is well-kept and had everything that we needed for our vacation. We were specifically looking for a property with a private pool for the young kids and this was the best.

This home is amazing and even more beautiful than the pictures! Our group of 14 consisted of 8 adults, 6 kids ages 13 yrs -15 months. The kitchen & living area were bigger than expected and had plenty of seating for everyone. The kitchen had everything we needed including a high chair, spices, dish soap, dishwasher tabs, blender, crockpot, and beautiful Fiesta Ware dishes. Each couple had a king bed and all said they were very comfortable. Our son and his wife have the baby and loved that the home came with a pack and play so they didn't have to bring one. They were in a room with a big closet so they put the baby in there to sleep since they weren't used to sharing a room with him. That worked out perfect! The teenager had her own room, the 4 younger ones loved their bunk room! To access the bunkroom you have to enter the master bedroom and walk through the large en suite. That didn't bother us. The balconies on this house are large, covered, and furnished beautifully! The views from the balconies are stunning. The boardwalk to the lagoon was definitely wider than it looked in the pictures and we all walked back there plenty of times. We had a great time using the provided fishing poles and kayaks! The lagoon was very nice and some evenings we even saw a fox back there. The pool was beyond amazing! Gulf Shores had record high temps while we were there so we spent a lot of time in the pool. The storage room on the ground floor was very clean and had everything you could possibly need including a second refrigerator, baby gates, pool and beach floats/rafts and toys, umbrellas, beach chairs, and a beach wagon. There was even a pump for blow up rafts, etc. We used the provided ping pong table and corn hole set outside under the house in the shade. The grill was big and very clean. The laundry room was on the ground level as you entered the house and there were several beach towels there for guests to use. The walk to the beach was about 6 minutes and we used the beach wagon to haul some of our things. The house was very clean and bug free! When we arrived our entry code didn't work. We called Cindy & Mark and they answered immediately. They were able to quickly reset our code remotely and we were in! I contacted Cindy with questions a few times before our trip and she always replied quickly. You can't go wrong with this house! You really don't need anything but your clothes and personal items!

Great location and great amenities made this trip one to remember. We had 15 of us and we were all very comfortable. The pool and spa were a nice retreat from the business of the beaches to come back home to. Lots of extras with the house that were not mentioned... quite the opposite of some advertised rentals. The owners were great at communicating and made everything a breeze. Wish we could take this house on our next trip somewhere else!

Spotless my clean, fully stocked with essentials and landscapes and situated so it seemed very private. Lots of room to spread out and lots if seating areas. Perfect!

A group of 10 friends celebrated a 40th birthday and everyone was impressed with the property. The outdoor area is lovely and spacious! Would absolutely rent this home again.

Lovely, spacious home with outstanding amenities. Cindy was excellent to deal with. The Boswell house was a great rental experience. Would will keep it on our short list for future beach rentals.

Great experience. The owners were awesome to work with. The property had every amenity and supply you could think of. We loved the pool, great umbrellas for shade, the ping pong table, all the floats, grill, well-equipped kitchen. It is several blocks from beach access-better to drive for our crew. Would highly recommend!

Cindy and Mark were exceptional hosts. I mostly spoke with Cindy. There was not one thing missed or unanswered prior to our phone call at check in! This house is beautiful and held 10 adults like a dream. We definitely needed every inch lol! The pool was definitely used and loved by all. The back balcony is where our group started every morning for the sunrise and we ended every night there. We were blocks from public access to the beach, 2.5 miles from The Hangout, Pink Pony, and souvenir shopping. Our intentions of coming down were for a friend's wedding, we had the wedding here at the house down the boardwalk right on the water just as the bride had dreamed of! One beach wedding coming right up. Everything was beautiful and we didn't have to leave! The space was big enough for the wedding and few friends in attendance. Cindy was kind enough to send us videos ahead of time so we knew what we were working with and knew what our plans were. She is the BEST! Very friendly and accommodating. They have lots of beach goodies and pool things on hand as well!! I could go on and on. Thank you Cindy and Mark for allowing us to make your home ours for a week and help bring an idea to reality for our friends dream wedding!

We really enjoyed our stay at Chateau Lafeet and Cindy was extremely responsive and easy to work with! The pool is beautiful, as well as the house itself. Plenty of room, comfy rooms, and beautiful patios. If you are debating - make the choice and stay here ! Thanks again Cindy for everything.

We had a excellent stay for our High School Softball team. The location the amount of beds and of course all the amenities that went with the property. Next time we will try our best to stay longer.

Our stay was unbelievable. This property is worth every penny spent and created unreal memories for our family. The host Cindi, was responsive to the very few questions that we had. The location is perfect and the house has everything you need. There was honestly a picture worthy view in every outdoor space. The house was great! Updated and the kitchen was well stocked. The owner was very responsive which was greatly appreciated. We were there during bad weather and the owner was in communication with us and checked in on us. The weather was a little cooler than we would have liked but we still had a great time!

Spent a week in September here. It was perfect. Plenty of space for the whole family 2 adults and 4 kids (ages 3-10). House was well appointed and well stocked and had everything we needed. Kids loved the pool/spa. The view of the lagoon was amazing. It was just after season had ended when we visited so we got great weather and a quiet, uncrowded experience. Would definitely stay here again. Overall perfect family getaway!

This property was literally perfect. The amenities and the availability of kitchen utensils (the kitchen is stocked with everything you can imagine) were greatly appreciated. The private pool and hot tub were outstanding and a great break from our beach days. Rooms were spacious and even though we had 3 families we never felt crowded or cramped. This house has everything.

This house is well planned and overall amazing. The private pool and hot tub really make the property ideal for a girls trip or friends weekend. There is access to the bay. Beach across the street on walking distance. Beds were comfy. No complaints!
