This condo was perfect! It’s directly on the beach with a gorgeous view! Very clean and beautifully decorated! Everything was exactly as described, even better! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience for our family and we look forward to staying here again!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Monica and Jim! Their beach home is absolutely stunning and the location is PERFECT. This was my little ones first time at the beach and they made it so memorable. We cannot wait to come back next year!!!!

Owner was so accommodating. Awesome property with direct beach access. Beach chairs and umbrellas provided with rental was so nice. Would definitely stay again. I can’t say enough about this property.

This place is a little gem . It’s perfect , I love the parking just right outside the door. The view you can wake up to is breath taking . The decor is amazing!!! Love pretty much everything about it.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Monica spoils you with treats right when you walk in, even my husband was impressed. The location is incredible! Restaurants and grocery stores are close by. The townhouse is exquisitely decorated! You can even walk down the beach to Schooners and grab a bite. We will definitely be back!

House was probably the cleanest house we’ve stayed in for vacation. Very welcoming right when we walked in. The host goes above and beyond making you feel welcomed. Loved that the beach was right at the back door and the pool/hot tub was right out the front door.

Sea Oats at Largo Mar was fantastic! Super clean, beautifully decorated and the beach was at our back door! Sand toys, beach chairs and umbrella at the unit were appreciated! Loved the location and amenities close by. Monica was very responsive to email and text leading up to and during our stay. She is a gracious host. We will definitely be back!

The unit is better than advertised! Super clean. The owner does a wonderful job providing the necessities + more for the stay. We've never stayed a place where you can walk out the back door and onto the beach. It will be a requirement on future trips to the area. I can't say enough about the owner. She was really good to work with and wants you to have an enjoyable stay.

This vacation was wonderful! The property was even more beautiful in person. It was so well stocked in every area (kitchen, linens, pillows, board games). The view and ease of access to the beach was incredible. Monica was so warm and kind, Thank you for sharing your lovely beach home with our family.

If you want on the beach, then look no further because this is ON THE BEACH! Even though my kids are teens it was still nice for them to just be able to open up the living room patio door & head straight out to the beach. No dealing with high rise condos that come with lots of people & long elevator rides. Also loved the fact we didn't have to pack any snacks or drinks to the beach as we were so close we could go back & forth for those. Loved the location with it being in a more quiet area but within short driving distances to all the attractions. We would highly recommend this townhome! And the owners were top notch to deal with, even left us some nice surprises when we arrived. Our family is looking forward to our future stays in this same location!!!!

The property owner could not have been nicer or more accommodating. The home is decorated beautifully, and EVERYTHING one might need is supplied. I’ve never rented a home so well-supplied. The hosts even provided a welcome bag with treats and wine. We will return!

Stores for food and drink aren't far away and as mentioned Dollar store was across the street. Just make sure you get up early to claim your space on the beech! :) We would definitely recommend. From the hutch full of games and art supplies, to the make up towels and awesome the welcome gift...Monica and Jim truly thought of every detail!!! The cabinets are stocked with pots and pans and there are TONS of dishes and utensils for your every need (they even provided wine glasses in the bar cabinet). There are beach chairs and sand toys on the back porch for use while there as well, which is AMAZING!!! We never even took our chairs out of the car due to this lol! Beds are cozy, air conditioning can be adjusted to your needs and everything was simply perfect. The complex's is super clean as well and the pool being located in the center was so nice!!!! I can't say enough good things about this condo and the owners!!! Love, love, love Largo Mar #109 :)

Been staying in PCB for 14 years, not staying - but paying! This place was by far the best! When I say clean - it is CLEAN! The cleaners take pride in this place and so do the owners! Great decor, great setup and fantastic amenities! You’ll be impressed as soon as you walk in! Neighbors live there full time and were also very nice! What’s better than walking out the back door of a beautiful place to the beach? If you’re looking for a house, directly on the beach - this is it! Wish I could keep this gem a secret! If you like a more mellow location than the typical condo strip, this is perfect! Great owner communication, great house, great experience! Will be a go to in the future! 5+ stars!

Wow! Our stay here was simply amazing. Every detail was thought of and it was like a home away from home. Comfortable and inviting! Super easy to book and checkin/out. We had children and grandparents with us so access to the beach was very important. This unit is steps to the beach and ALSO steps to the pool. It could not have been any better in terms of location. This unit appears to have recently been renovated and is very well maintained. It is fresh and clean! And this unit has everything you could possibly want…plenty of cooking utensils, cookware, beach items, etc. Wondeful host! We will definitely stay again!

For us, location is the most important thing when we visit PCB. This place definitely hit that target. The townhouse was also a winner. Our teen girls loved their space and Jack/Jill bath area. They really "liked having their own deck" on the 2nd floor (one overlooked the ocean, the other overlooked the pool area). We (the parents) loved having our own floor (3rd) with an amazing and large outdoor deck that overlooked the ocean. I can't think of a thing that the kitchen was lacking (coffee machine, blender, toaster, full kitchen, all utensils, all pot/pan and even slow cooker options). The house also came stocked with an infinite number of games and even books. The Wi-Fi and streaming content was plentiful as well. The master shower with the view of the ocean was definitely "extra" (as my girls stated) but cool. Lastly, it was convenient to groceries, and multiple Door Dash delivery options (though, we are hoping social distancing is less of a thing the next time we come to PCB). We hope we are able to book this spot again. Thanks again!

We loved staying at this beautiful home. It was the perfect getaway . The home had every thing you could need and more . Beautifully decorated with a homey feel. It was perfect for our family. The best part was being just steps away from the beach and the beautiful ocean view!

From the moment we arrived, inclusive of the welcome package which eased us into our vacation, this Largo Mar townhome was just what we hoped it would be: easy access to the beach (steps away from the back patio), great views of the gulf and sunsets, and a townhome that really made you feel pampered. Our Family would highly recommend this townhome as it makes it easy to enjoy all that the Gulf beach has to offer.

I am IN LOVE with this condo on the beach! The place was immaculate. and when you open the sliding glass doors and can step out onto the soft, white sand to the ocean.... or just sit on the back patio and listen to the sounds of the ocean.... its a piece of heaven in Panama City Beach

The property was perfect for our family and friends. We were a short few steps from beach access, the space was great and clean, and the owners were very helpful! We would definitely stay here again!
