Nice condo in a residential area made it feel very welcoming. Able to walk to get coffee every morning and enjoy restaurants close by. Beautiful area with trees lining the street. 20 min. Drive takes you downtown and enjoy the night life. Perfect location.

Ginas home was beautiful. My family and Instayed there for 7 nights and we felt right at home. We could not have asked for a better place to stay. The pool and hot tub were nice a relaxing. We were a half an hour from every where we needed to be. If you have the opportunity to stay here, take it. You won’t be disappointed.

THERE WERE A FEW THINGS THAT NEEDED TO BE FIXED BUT COULD WAIT UNTIL AFTER OUR STAY AND I LISTED THOSE ISSUES. THE TOILET ON THE GROUND FLOOR WAS APPARENTLY FIXED WHILE WE WERE NOT HOME, AND THAT WAS A BIT DISTURBIMNG-SHOULD HAVE BEEN TOLD WHEN SOMEONE WAS COMING. RESPONSE TIME WAS UNEVEN

We were in town visiting family in Northglenn. Gina’s townhome was plenty of space for family of three. The beds were very comfortable and I appreciated the abundance of towels and basics such as paper products and pantry items. When I booked the home, I was somewhat worried about on street parking but we were always able to find a spot very close to the unit. The pool area was very nice and well maintained and very close to the unit. Would stay again!

We needed a place to stay after the sale of our home to finish out our kids school year. This condo was the perfect location for us to keep some sense of “normal” daily life for our last couple of weeks.

My family and I reserved this house so we could be more comfortable and have the option to cook for ourselves during our Denver vacation. We had a blast. The house is well appointed, plenty of items I. The kitchen, which isn't always the case in vacation rentals. Very easy to jump on the freeway and head into Denver.

We booked this condo because we wanted to be nearby our family reunion. The condo was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Perfect for our family of four. Everything worked properly, the condo is located in a nice residential community, and the owner was communicative and easy. The unit it very well cared for. Would love to stay here again!

Quiet townhome
Great place to rest after a day of hiking and biking. Quiet and clean. Convenient to grocery store and freeway. Gina was accommodating and responsive. We hope to stay again while visiting our family in the area. Thank you.

Perfect fit for us
We were out in Westminster for my daughter's softball tournament. The place was in a nice neighborhood, close proximity to restaurants, stores, etc. Was roomy enough for the three of us, clean, and had everything we needed for a four-night stay. We will surely return if we are out in the area again.

Gina’s home was lovely. It was very clean, had nice furnishings and the kitchen was well stocked.

A comfortable Denver area gem...
From communication to check in, the overall experience was great. The unit was as described, clean and comfortable. Close to all sorts of shopping and major highways for easy access to downtown Denver and to the mountains around Bolder.

Wonderful condi
We really enjoyed this condo. The sitting area was a great place to hang out with our son. We cooked our own breakfast everyday and a couple of dinners in the well stocked kitchen. It's nice to have some spices and condiments to work with. We picked up coffee, milk eggs, etc. At the King Suppera nearby. TV had some content but we travel with our own Chromecast so it's just like home.
The art on the walls was beautiful.

Contacted owner through app to let her know the air conditioner was not working. She never got back to me and we met “the cleaning people “ only to find that we were paying not a cleaning service but the owner another 165.00 for cleaning. Nice house great location.

Gina has a great place in a nice community
Check-in was easy and communication with the owner was good. HOA Waiver was required to use the pool. Plenty of on-street parking available very close to the entrance of the unit. Clean and comfortable

The place was spacious enough to provide privacy for remote work and schooling. Our kids loved staying there!Cons: It was missing a broom and dustpan but a minor detail since there was a vacuum cleaner available. The internet connection was solid for our remote work/schooling but it did tend to go out late at night. Rebooting the wifi helped though. Overall a great stay!. The neighborhood is very quiet and clean. Felt safe staying there.

Second visit to Westminster
This was our second visit to the Westminster area and our second stay in this beautiful home. Gina is an incredibly gracious host and her townhouse is incredible. The location is excellent and she provides all the comforts of home. Make sure and pay attention to her incredible artwork throughout the unit! This will be our first choice of locations every time we visit our kids in Colorado!
