We enjoyed our stay. My only suggestion is room-darkening shades for the master bedroom and extra privacy for the master bathroom windows.

This home was in a peaceful and convenient location with a spectacular view. Nothing disappointed about our stay here. We will be back!

My family of 7 had THE BEST time staying at this property. The views were breathtaking. There was plenty of room for everyone. The home was very comfortable. Fully stocked kitchen, cooking equipment, and spices. There were plenty of linens, both for the bath and the bedrooms. We were extremely comfortable throughout our stay, and only minutes away from all the fun things Seattle has to offer. If we travel back to Seattle, we will stay at this property again. Terry was excellent with communication and made us feel very welcome. 10/10 all the way around!!

This property and the owners are by far the BEST vrbo we have experienced in ten years!! Every single thing was top notch. The location is perfect. The view is stunning. The house decor is superb. Overall, we were pleased. All beds and bedrooms were comfortable. Living room chairs, and coffee maker are worn.

The view is spectacular and the house has plenty of space to spread out if you have a large group. House has all the basic necessities and they make the check in process very easy.

We really enjoyed the location and proximity to the downtown stadiums. House is very spacious for 6 people and the sundeck was huge.

Came up for a week to celebrate my boyfriends birthday. He wanted to have his family together & comfortable. Found this house to be perfect! More than enough space, beautiful views of Seattle, plus Mt. Rainer. Just 15min from the city itself, with plenty close by the house as well. Very happy with our find and would definitely stay here again!

Location was good but drove around and through industrial area to get downtown. But the immediate neighborhood had restaurants and shopping that was very convenient. The streets were challenging to navigate being narrow and hilly and lots of parked cars on both sides of the streets. As for the house very impressive outside, easy access, and spacious inside with many areas to enjoy. The bathrooms were updated; the primary bed/bath very spacious and comfortable. But cannot be shy as all glass and no window coverings in the bathroom. However, the kitchen cabinets and appliances very dated and in need of updating. The furniture the same—worn and dated. But did not stop our enjoyment of the house. And that view—wow—when no clouds or fog one can see from Mt. Ranier to downtown to the Cascades—phenomenal.

We were in Seattle visiting our son and his family for a week. This home was a great fit for us as we were also traveling with our 32-year old son. The three bedrooms were perfect and it was delightful that our son had his own bathroom. Our master bathroom was equivalent to a high-end spa with its steam shower and oversized soaking tub. If you wake up during the night, notice the amazing view of downtown Seattle from the master bed and bathroom. I spent many minutes each evening just taking it all in. The washer and dryer made it convenient to pack lightly. We enjoyed chatting with Terry on several occasions. She was very personable and took care of any concerns in a timely manner. We will return in the future and this house would be at the top of our list. Don't hesitate to book it. We have stayed in many rental properties and this house with terrific view was one of our favorites.

We love the house, the views. The only problem is that we visit Seattle not the right time, it was snow storm right before we got there so the road was icy. We stayed at home most of everyday while we were there, we’ll visit Seattle again in the summer time.
