What a fun, unique place!! Quiet, friendly and Miriam always available to answer questions. Will recommend to others!

The villas are totally unique and well laird out. We were only there one night this time, but, we will be back for a longer stay un a few weeks. Miriam, the manager, could not possibly been more helpful. Her suggestions for our next stay were perfect. Thanks again Miriam!

Beautiful place. Very kind workers. Horrible wifi connects most times no TV due to no wifi. No extra towels. No wash cloths. The workers made it worth sticking around because they made efforts that no one else would.

My wife and I loved our stay at Swan Villas - Dolphin Villa. The owners were in excellent contact with us as we made our journey from the border by car. They were very welcoming of our registered service dog too which is not all that common when you are traveling. The villa itself was super clean and there were plenty of clean towels ready to use after a soak in the huge hot tub located in the living room! Internet was fast enough averaging 50Mbs. The villas are architecturally so much fun and the layout means that you have excellent views over the infinity pool, to the lagune water to the mountains, all this without being 'overlooked' by one of the 4 other villas. The property manager Miriam was absolutely excellent. She made sure that the hot tub was clean and water & chemical levels correct. If we needed housekeeping, she arranged it. If we wanted information about local services, restaurants, stores etc. - she was either found working around the property or just a WhatsApp / phone call away. We have nothing negative to say about the place at all, neither did the few other guests that we met pooside. In fact, we originally booked it for 3 nights but were so impressed with Swan Villas, Placencia and the people that we dealt with that we decided to extend our stay an extra 3 weeks!.. ...I don't think that you can get a better recommendation than that. We are going to return in the future and have already recommended it to family and friends.

Loved the design of the place. Great location to go into Placencia town. If you want quirky and quiet away from touristy to-dos, this is it.

The place was so eclectic and cool!! Close to eateries and I love having the bikes to ride. One down fall, cold water in the shower and jacuzzi. With that being said… I would still stay here again!

This was absolutely the coolest place I've ever stayed! The shower was out of this world. Check in was seamless and the contact person was quick to respond when we had a question. Would definitely stay with again.

An absolutely stunning beautiful home surrounded by lush tropical landscaping, a serene infinite pool and incredible ocean views. The staff was excellent in every way. We are well traveled and discerning guests, we are already dreaming of returning to Swan Villas.

my wife and I love the place, very nice, very clean, the only bad thing is that you do not provide water to drink, as in my case I arrived at 8pm everything was closed and we drank water until the other day and we could not give water to our baby boy

This room is 10/10 beautiful and cozy. The pool could be deeper but for just relaxing it's perfect. The only issue in the room are the stones on the shower very hard to stand on to take a proper shower, maybe replacing them with one whole stone would be better? Aside from that the hot tub and room were outstanding. Will stay here again!

Disfrutamos mucho nuestra estad[ia en Dolphin Swan Vilas, las casitas son una maravilla con mucho estilo, no dan ganas de ir al pueblo sino disfrutar de la casa y la pileta. Est[a un poco alejado de Placencia y supermercados, por lo que ir en auto es lo ideal. Nosotros no estabamos en auto, al super fuimos en las bicis del hotel y para ir a Placencia usamos bus (no pasan muy seguido) o un taxi $20 americanos. Todo el resto espectacular, tambien la ayuda de nuestra concierge Vero, que nos respondio y ayudo en cada consulta, antes y durante la estadia. Muchas gracias!!!

Great amenities and location. I ended up loving having the hot tub in the living room. The kitchen is well-equipped and there is in-unit laundry and a dishwasher. I used both the kayaks and bikes - which were definitely a bonus as well. I hope to return.

This was a really unique villa, great architecture and beautiful pool. Would of liked television upstairs but overall very good. Location is away from town and was nice and quiet. Our concierge Vero and her team were amazing in helping us plan excursions with the best value as well as give advice for the trip overall. We appreciate her help, wealth of knowledge and availability at short notices as well.

My husband, daughter and I stayed in the Dolphin Villa at Swan Villas and it was great! It is conveniently located to great restaurants and the grocery stores and didn't take us long to get into Placencia.

We loved the pool and spent a lot of time in there with our 9-month-old. It isn't very deep and the shallowest part was nice just to sit and play with her.

The villa had a washer/dryer combo that was useful, there were enough kitchen appliances and tools with a blender, toaster, and personal coffee machine as well as pots and pans.

The condo is very bright once the sun is up, so we did have to hang a blanket in the closet over our baby's playpen so it would be a bit darker for her to sleep. Because it is all open, sound travels and echos through the spiral staircase and up into the bedroom area. We just had to be mindful of that when our baby was sleeping or when someone was napping.

The shower is so cool with all of the plants and loose rock floor, it felt like showering in a jungle!

We had a great stay, and if we travel back to Belize, we would absolutely stay here again!

Very nice villa with a great view on the lagoon. The pool area is beautiful, well run, private and clean. The concierge, vero, was extremely responsive and helpful. She helped us with every issue for reasonable rates.
You need a car if you don‘t want to cook yourself, restaurants are quite far for walking.
By night, it is quite dangerous to walk on the street, as the cars drive very fast.
For us it was impossible to open the lockbox. You don’t have to _squeeze_ but to push the the box against the wall to open.
To sum up, a nice place to stay for a couple of days and to enjoy the beauty of this place.
