Short two night stay, but a very nice unit. Excellent location and quite comfortable. Pleasant and professional management company as well. Would certainly stay here again.

We had a great time staying here. Fabulous location!! Owner was great to communicate with. We came on the train and did not have a car. Short walking to house, restaurants, bike rentals, doc holladays grave, hot springs pool. Gas station with mini mart walkable. Grocery store about 13min walk uphill a little going there. Would stay again!

We've been vacationing in Glenwood Springs for more than 20 years. The Hotels have become too expensive so we decided on this VRBO. The home is in perfect condition and it's close to everything we enjoy doing, must of which can be walked to from this location.

Clean, great location, beautiful home. Amenities were great. Only complaint, for the price, I thought the furniture would be comfier and accommodate more people. The couch needs to be replaced, it is not comfortable at all. The seat cushions are completely worn out. Everything else was superb.

We like Colorado state for marvellous nature and visited it the second time. We prefer to rent apartment through VRBO, to have a privacy and kitchen, than book the hotel. The apartment we rented had everything you need for vacation. From other side Glenwood springs has a lot of different attractions to stay there for a few days, even a week. So most likely we shall plan to visit Colorado the third time

We travelled to Colorado second time and each time we visited the different National parks and Mineral springs. So when we say good buy to Colorado we say, that we should come back. For us VRBO system are preferable not only because it is cheaper, but we had the kitchen and privacy. The apartment we rented is ideal for the vacation.

Great Vrbo in downtown Glenwood springs, walk to shopping, restaurants and bars. Cute Victorian home. Nicely updated. Quiet area. Loved it!

Visiting Glenwood Springs was one of my favorite weekend getaways. Its a great town to walk around in wiht great restaurants, bars and people working in them. The best part about it where we were staying. It was in a very short walking distance to everything in town.

This condo was nice, and The unit was within walking distance to everything downtown, which we did on several occasions, and only a short drive to other attractions like the Iron Mountain hot springs and the Glenwood Springs Adventure Park. While it does say condo in the title, it does appear as if it is a duplex - there are six units in this building. That said, while we were there, we did not hear any noise from the other units, but as this unit is in the middle, we were conscious of not making too much noise with kids! My wife and I typically wake up early, but on the first morning we woke to a discussion outside our window around 6:30am - the fun part of being in a downtown setting. We enjoyed coffee on the front porch (the brick side), but we found that the traffic quite noisy. When the kids woke up, we moved to the back porch (the green side) which was much quieter as it backs to an alleyway. Inside the unit was quiet as well, no matter which room we were in. One kiddo took one of the bedrooms and the other slept on the airbed and really liked it. The kitchen was well appointed and well stocked, but we did not use it as much on this trip as we sometimes do when traveling. The wood floors are really nice and the bathrooms seem to have been recently remodeled. TI did feel that the towels were thinner and smaller than what I am used to - I did not expect large, fluffy towels, but something a little more substantial would be a nice touch. They had a few games, and we played Life the first night, which was fun. There seemed to be a good assortment of books and magazines as well. We will keep this one on our list of places to stay in Glenwood Springs.

Location could not have been better for getting to the pool, dinner, and finding ice cream. Neighbor hood was friendly and the VRBO had everything we needed....even had coffee which we forgot (Thank You) !

Awesome place and location!

It was an easy process to book the property. It’s located in a great spot, right in town. There’s so many shops & places to eat & have dessert all within walking distance. It’s cozy & has many sleeping accommodations.

We really enjoy our stay. The house had perfect location, walking distance to Glenwood Springs hot springs and restaurants.

Second time staying here. It is perfect for a family. Very well stocked and nice.

Awesome, clean house walkable to lots of cool Glenwood spots! We would definitely stay here again. Only minor issue we had was the Internet connection was almost unusably slow. My wife had an online class one night and had to tether on her phone to participate.

My husband and I just had the pleasure of a 4 day/3 night getaway to Glenwood and for the most part we were pleased with the condo. Brian, the owner, was more than accommodating (he did everything he could to allow for us to check in early). We did run into an issue with supplies when we arrived, which he did his best to work through with us. Unfortunately the place was not very well stocked upon arrival (some of the necessities we had to purchase ourselves) but Brian was very apologetic and ensured us he would have everything restocked for the next people. The property itself was OK. Furniture was not super comfortable with the exception of the beds which were very comfortable (which is rare for a rental property). For the most part it was clean with the exception of the toilet in one of the bathrooms, and some of the towels which were very stained. The online pictures and description we did find to be a little misleading...from the pictures it looks as though this is a 2 unit building when in fact there are multiple units and three levels, so this being a mid-level unit it was a bit noisy. The walls are very thin and you can pretty much hear everything going on above and next door to you. Luckily the people in the surrounding units weren't super loud...but just something to keep in mind if you're looking for super quiet. Also, because it's a central location there is quite a bit of surrounding traffic which you can also hear from inside the unit. Having said that, the location was GREAT. You are one block up from the main street so within walking distance to multiple shops/cafes/restaurants. On a nice day you can easily walk to the hot springs which are right across the bridge. 3 out of 5 overall rating based on cleanliness and noise, but we would consider this property again.

Our stay in Glenwood was nice. The condo was as advertised except we could not use the dishwasher as it was broken. It was a very nice, quiet condo and had all the basics we needed. The master bath was very nice. It had been updated and was spacious. The closets had ample space. The washer and dryer were wonderful and the gas fireplace in the living room was beautiful and relaxing. There are a few things that could take this condo from a 4 star to a five star condo. The master bedroom mattress could be more comfortable with a new style memory foam mattress. The mattress was a bit too soft and lumpy for us. Every time one of us moved, the whole bed rattled and moved. A modern update would be nicer. Also the towels could be refreshed throughout. It would be amazing to have thick, soft lux towels. The only other suggestion would be to add garbage bags to the kitchen. We stayed two nights and with 6 of us we had to use grocery sized bags for the garbage after the one bag provided was full. We would definitely return as the proximity to town and the pool was excellent!! Thank you!!
