Clean, well kept, beautiful apartment. Quick walk to the Berri metro station where several lines meet and to St Denis st where there are a ton of fun restaurants and bars. Access to the apartment was easy.

We were in town for a concert and this location was close by the venue. The space was large and clean and inviting. The location to st Catherine street in the village was perfect. Will look for this property for future stays in Montreal!

We had a great stay! Highly recommend it. The apartment is very well located close to 2 metro lines, restaurants and nightlife. Noise was not an issue whatsoever. Kitchen was well stocked and the living space was very generous. Rooft patio is nice but vary bare bones and has no lighting. The only downside is the bed is quite uncorfortable and the bedding and towels could be upgraded as they are old and smell musty. Owners are flexible and help us out by letting us store our luggage after checkout.

Hosts: Alexandrine was great, super easy to communicate with and extremely helpful during check-in and getting us the layout of our home away from home. We had some adventures getting there with weather, flights, luggage, rental car… you name it, but they were super helpful and accommodating. Space: It was a wonderful open concept kitchen and living space, with lots of neat touches and accessories (even proper beer glasses from various Canadian beer companies, wine glasses, etc). The bedrooms and bathroom was great and they’ve literally thought of everything as a back up in case you forgot something. Location: If you really want a sense of living in Montreal, this is a great space. Half a block and you’re on St. Catherine’s and in the summer (May - October), that becomes an entirely pedestrian footpath as far as you’d want to go. You’re 2.5 blocks from the Beaudry metro station, from the IGA grocery store, the SAQ beverage store, and well within dozens of great food stops. Walk downstairs and L’Oeufrier for a great breakfast, down to the corner for La Piazzetta Saint-Catherine good Italian food, multiple Vietnamese restaurants within walking distance. Additionally, if you’re going to do tours of Montreal or Quebec - just ask them to pick you up at the corner of Atateken and St. Catherine’s and they will all know where to meet you. From the Beaudry metro you’re 1 stop from the green/orange/yellow line or 4-5 to Olympic Park and Old Montreal. 100% stay here.

The apartment is nice, clean and well appointed. A little delay on the check-in, but Alexandrine was very nice and helpful once there. The location is good and the unit is very quiet, despite being on a somewhat busy street. Nice restaurants around including a wonderful cafe with great coffee and the L'Oufrier (chain breakfast but very good and great service) directly underneath. The neighborhood is very convenient to the Metro and other city destination.

We were very happy with all aspects of the apartment. We will certainly book it for our next trip to Montreal!

Our stay at this beautiful place started with a warm welcome from the host. She is one of those people you can tell cares about the experience of her guests. She went above and beyond in making sure we were comfortable. As short as it was (Sat-Mon) I felt like I was in Montreal for a whole week and I believe it was because of the location, being able to walk just a block down to Sainte-catherine and a block up the street to various cozy hidden gem restaurants truly made us feel like we were in the heart of the city. We had a great time here. The neighborhood is cute, lots of stuff close by. It is a city, so there were quite a few people asking for money near the apartment, but would stay here again!

Our family loved our stay at the apartment. It was spacious, clean, and had so many great features. Lots of space to relax and spend time together and nice bedrooms. The apartment was stocked with dishes, cookware, bed linens, plenty of pillows and blankets, towels, etc. There were some really nice touches as well: a basket of snacks, hair dryer, tea, espresso machine, and several condiments, and more. There is a delicious restaurant just downstairs from the apartment that serves an amazing breakfast! Close to the train... from which you can get just about anywhere in the city. A couple of things to be aware of if you are traveling with small children or older people...There are a lot of stairs to get to the apartment as it is on the 3rd floor, and there is a lot of glass in the apartment (dining table and accent tables). Overall just great and no complaints. The host was friendly and respinsice. Excellent place, wonderful stay.

Great communication

We stayed 8 nights at the VRBO. The apartment is spacious and clean. The location is very central - restaurants, shops, metro are all very close. The property manager was incredibly welcoming and responsive. This VRBO definitely felt like a home-away-from-home. Should we return to Montreal we would definitely book again.

Host is very welcoming and accommodating. The apartment is close to everything. You feel very much like a local staying here. In the heart of it all, yet tucked away when you are ready to relax. The bedrooms are in the back of the unit and face an alley. You do not hear any noise. Extremely quite and peaceful.

The stay at this rental was simply wonderful from beginning to end. The host was very accommodating and gave us tips for the stay. If we ever come back to Montreal, we will definitely book here.

I have nothing but positive remarks to make about Richard's apartment. The location is spectacular, a few hundred steps to both major metro lines, convenient grocery, great restaurants and the best breakfast place in Montréal on one side and a fantastic espresso shop on the other. The apartment itself is clean, well appointed, comfortable and lovely. 5+ stars!

Spacious, well located and very comfortable! We really enjoyed this condo and have already referred several people to book it! The beds are comfortable, which is a big deal for me because I don’t usually sleep well away from home! The condo is well equipped with everything you need and there are grocery stores, SAQ, cafés and restaurants all within walking distance! I stay in montreal once a month and will definitely book this place again!

...having spent some time in the summer and spring in past years. This apartment was perfect, and satisfied our major requirements: cleanliness, quiet and comfortable beds. It was also well stocked with dishes and utensils. We learned to travel the city on foot and via Metro- the location is minutes from the major metro hub, and very near a major grocery store, vieux Montreal, Quartier de Spectacles, Quartier Latin, Chinatown and much more. Alexandrine was an accessible and helpful host. I couldn't imagine a better place from which to take advantage of all that Montreal has to offer.

The property was nice, clean, and very cozy. Full amenities. Great location. On top of it, the host was wonderful, kind, and attentive to our needs. In one word they made it a memorable stay for us and we will definitely be back.

I can't say enough positive things about this place -- and the owners! The pictures do not lie. The property is beautiful and had everything we needed, including up-to-date and well functioning appliances, TV and entertainment options (streaming services and DVDs), and even snacks! The bedrooms were more than sufficient for our family (parents and two boys). And the location is terrific. There are so many dining options nearby, including the breakfast joint next door where we ate each morning and the terrific coffee shop -- also next door -- where we got our caffeine fix. Also within close proximity is a subway station that connects to major parts of the city. The hosts were just as amazing. The made sure the place was clean upon arrival and well stocked with all supplies. But they went above and beyond by welcoming us with a bottle of wine, giving us delicious pastries, and giving us directions and suggestions for where to buy toboggans -- making for a fun-filled night of sledding at Parc-Jean Drapeau! We would definitely stay here again!

Check in process was easy, welcoming host. Living room is spacious to help relax along with the duo shower and bathtub. Convenient location, plenty of metered street parking when we stayed.

The host was wonderful and the apartment was stocked with so many goodies and items to really make you feel like home. And it’s super convenient to public transportation and a grocery store. Thoroughly enjoyed the stay

A very well located property, in the middle of shops, restaurants, bars, etc... The host was so sweet and helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay welcoming and comfortable. The place was spacious, clean and decorated nicely, stocked with everything we needed and the washer/dryer, wine and candy was a bonus! Loved the location!! It was central to all attractions, restaurants, grocery stores, mall, transit. Highly recommended!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful apartment. All amenities were provided so that we had everything we needed. Communication with the owner was great and their feedback was always timely. Added bonus was the drinks & snacks provided for us in the Apartment. We will definitely come again if we have the opportunity to return to Montreal.
