The staff were exceptional, kind and helpful. My room was spotless clean, simple but had everything I needed. They also do room service, you can order food and they would take care of everything. Thank you so much!

Stable wifi, 900m from metro, great eateries like Buhari and Bilal nearby, close to Marina Beach, blankets and towels were clean and laundered, reception staff is courteous.

Toilets were unsanitary, there was no toilet cleaning staff on Sunday. The AC/geyser is operated by a main switch which the hotel turns off during the day, possibly to save costs, so you won’t get AC 24/7 despite paying for it. The furniture is old and of low quality.

The hotel is in the Triplicane neighbourhood, close to the Government Medical College and Chepauk Stadium. It is around 400 metres from the adjacent Govt. Estate Metro station. The hotel's décor is fantastic, as is our room, and the staff is really nice and helpful. We received the identical accommodation that Booking.com displayed. During my visit, I needed to go to the nearby market area for some personal reasons, so the hotel manager himself came with me on his bike to assist me. They offer a very decent but inexpensive menu to deliver food to your hotel. Aside from that, there are numerous decent Bengali and Odia hotels nearby that provide lunch and dinner at very reasonable prices.
