Very secure, centrally located, clean and well maintained.

What can I say, my first time writing a review. From start to finish Manuel is a great communicator with All my question Answered before i booked. He spent time chatting about the building and the city, even walked me to a restaurant he recommended. This place is more luxurious In person then what the pictures show or even a 5 star hotel in the states in my opinion. If you see your dates available don’t hesitate to book!

Die Wohnung liegt im 4. Stock eines Mehrfamilienhauses Sie ist sehr geräumig, hell und gut ausgestattet. Große glasschiebetüren zu den 3 Balkonen erlauben eine schöne Aussicht über die ganze Stadt- noch besser die frei zugängliche Dachterrasse ,sogar mit gesichertem Spielplatz für kleine Kinder :) Manuel und seine Frau sind Architekten und haben das Haus selbst entworfen, sie wohnen auch selbst dort und sind extrem hilfsbereit und gastfreundlich! Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und trotzdem gemütlich, mit Sichtbeton und Türen und Einbauschränken aus rotbraunem Vollholz. Es gibt 2 Bäder und eine extra Toilette - auch hier neuester Stand sehr angenehm. Alles blitzsauber! Betten sind sehr bequem. Unser Hund wurde ebenfalls mit Näpfen und einem eigenen Bett versorgt. Sehr zu schätzen wussten wir auch die im Haus gelegen Garage für unseren Leihwagen und den Fahrstuhl zur Wohnung. Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr gepflegt und sicher. Es gibt viele Restaurants und eine Bäckerei und ein Kaffee Röster sind in der unmittelbaren Nähe. Auch das Stadtzentrum ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Alles in allem ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, unbedingt zu empfehlen, wenn man nach Guadalajara reist!

We loved the apartment! Stayed there twice with our two daughters and our small dog. You can see that Manuel and his wife are architects, they designed the building themselves and also live there. It is modern, a really nice contrast of concrete walls and warm wooden doors and custom made walk-in closets. Absolutely loved the three balconies and the huge class sliding doors that allow an amazing view of the city and make the apartment very light. (Take the elevator to the roof top terrace and it gets even better) The kitchen was very well equipped with all you could ask for. Beds were very comfortable and the two bathrooms are very spacious with a modern rain shower- there even is an additional extra 1/2 bathroom ! The apartment was spotless clean on our arrival and there were even special Mexican cookies and coffee waiting for us ;) There is a gated garage in the house, where we could park our rental car. The neighborhood offers a lot of restaurants and even a coffee roaster just some steps down the road! We could easily walk to the city center and felt very safe! Manuel and his wife gave us a very warm welcome- even provided bowls and a bed for our dog :) We loved staying there - thanks for making our Christmas family reunion so comfortable for us!

Manuel is a great Host, very welcoming and helpful. Property is very new and well allocated in colonia Americana. We stayed here in July, Myself and my parents. We all enjoyed the evening walks in the neighborhood. Lots of cafes, Restaurants, Bars all of them walking distance. And fear not, noise of the lively streets won't be a bother since all the windows are insulated and Apartment is super quiet. I will definitely come back. Loved location, Place and the Manuel's helpful attitude. Cheers.

It was a realy nice place and has a great location, very clean and fully equiped with all necesary apliances needed for cooking, cleaning and laundry. I'll be sure to rebook when ever possible when in GDL!

Manuel was the perfect host! He is so gracious and accommodating. The apartment is new, clean and has plenty of space. He's even taken care to install sound blocking windows (one club played music until 4am! I only know that because I got up at 3:30 for a flight and opened the door.) We felt safe, and really enjoyed the area. It's near the university so there are lots of restaurants around and young people out and about. We stumbled across a great restaurant, Tikuun Comedor, just a couple blocks away. Check out their reviews, but we think you'll be really happy with the food! We Ubered to the east end of the central walking part of town, then walked all the way back to the apartment. Not close, but not too far either. We also had some medical appointments at the San Javier Hospital and it was easy to Uber there from the apartment. Great location and apartment! We'd stay here again on our next Guadalajara visit.

We were delighted with our time at this fabulous place. The pictures looked great, but actually the place far exceeded our expectations. Three bathrooms, two bedrooms, 3 huge patios doors with seating areas outside of each, beautiful kitchen, eating area and the LR were all spectacular. The top floor is wonderful for a quiet happy hour while watching the sunset. The location is ideal with restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The hosts were always available and went far beyond our expectations. Highly recommended. We wouldn't stay anywhere else.

I hope to stay in Manuel's apartment every time I need lodging in Guadalajara. So many great things to do and see within walking distance, and it's such a nice haven to come home to every day. I had a surgical procedure while I was there this time, and the apartment was such a comfortable and quiet place to recuperate. The parking garage is so easily accessible, but I never need my car while I'm there. Next time I hope to take more advantage of the common areas on the roof - the workout room, tables to sit and read and have a glass of wine, maybe even the grill! I love treating this beautifully-decorated apartment as my own. Manuel and Raquel are so friendly and easy to work with. I also have enjoyed all the beautiful landscaping they have done in and around the property. See you next time!

This apartment, in the heart of a vibrant area of neighborhoods, restaurants, and bars was even more beautiful than I expected! It was stocked well with kitchenware, is nicely-appointed with beautiful art and decorations, is quite spacious with large closets and comfortable beds, and is on a quiet street. There is also a very large indoor/outdoor common rooftop area with a 360 view of the city, plenty of tables for sharing time with friends, a kitchen and bbq grill to use, and some workout equipment. Your host Manuel is a gem! A generous and kind man, Manuel wanted to make sure we were comfortable, welcomed, and had everything we needed. I hope to stay there again!

Great location, close to many restaurants. Spotlessly clean, very secure, beautiful contemporary design, comfortable, convenient with great views of the city. Manuel, owner architect, did a great job of the design, comfortable cross ventilation, lovely patios, and a rooftop garden. It's a great area for walking, Sundays are a blast watching local life along Juarez (one block away) and Chapultapec for street entertainment. The neighborhood has many examples of beautiful historic homes, the apartment is about 3 blocks from the US Embassy. If you're a walker, it's a good walk to Centro Historico. I'm keeping this in my "To Return" file. Thanks, Manuel.
