Location cannot be beat. Short walk to nature trails and the ocean. Spacious, clean home is located in a quiet neighborhood. Deborah is very kind and responded quickly to email/calls. The house is much larger than it appears in photos. Bikes, beach toys, chairs, etc. You won't be disappointed with your choice to stay here!

The house had a lot more room than anticipated, which was perfect for sharing with friends. It was nicely decorated and very clean. Our only suggestion would be replacing the pans - they were very hard to cook in as everything stuck, even with oil/Pam/butter. We would defintely stay again.

We appreciated quick response of communication and flexibility because of a change in our plans. We have only praise.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is much bigger than it looks in the pictures. We enjoyed the walk through the nature preserve to the beach. We also appreciated all the beach chairs and boogie boards for the kids. The backyard is really nice too. We would like to come back again in the future. Thank you.

Everything looks awesome and we had a great time . The property is amazing. It is even better in person than pictures show. The walk to beach isn’t bad at all and great places to walk our dog each day and property owner had told us about the lighthouse and dog beach right down the road and everything was wonderful. Definitely would stay at property again, it is a great place with lots of room

I cannot say one negative thing about this home in Ponce Inlet, Florida. It is a short 5 minute walk to the beach access. There is no public beach parking, so the beach was quiet and not overly crowded whatsoever. The home itself is quite large on the inside -- the pictures really do not do it justice. There are enough beds to sleep six (and oh my goodness, those beds were SO COMFORTABLE), but there is a large sectional sofa in the living room that could easily sleep three comfortably, plus a second living space in the sunroom. Everything was clean and spotless upon arrival, and there were cute homey touches everywhere. The garage was stocked with bikes, beach chairs, umbrellas, paddleboards and such, and a beach cart and wagon. There was an outdoor hose to make cleaning everything off a breeze. In addition to the perfect home itself, the host was super accommodating and communicative. We want to return every year, because Deborah and her home just made our much-needed family vacation the absolute best. Thank you!!!

House was awesome, host was great, we felt we were misled about house “being steps from beach” not sure if we will use again being we wanted on the beach. But the size of the house was great. Nicely laid out for a family of 5 ! If u don’t mind driving or a good walk, this is your place! Beautiful home, wish it was on the beach !

Our goal in Florida was to visit family that lives in Ponce Inlet, visit the beach, have somewhere to take daily(long) walks with our dogs in a safe and clean environment. This home and neighborhood was all of that and almost felt like home (back in CNY, except with no snow!) Deb was helpful, responsive and understanding with a huge mistake we made! THANK YOU!! We had a stress free, clean, large home with great amenities to make our stay in Ponce wonderful.

We have stayed at numerous VRBO rental properties in the Daytona Beach area and this is without a doubt the very best. The property was super clean and everything about it was first class. Our puppy thoroughly enjoyed the patio and fenced-in yard. We loved the location, location, location. Deborah was easily accessible and responsive. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us for three weeks. We intend to be back, the Lord willing!

Great house in a great location. Walking distance to the ocean, river and Ponce Inlet Preserve. The place has all the amenities to make the stay fun and relaxing.

The check-in process was a little hectic but was quickly corrected by Deborah. The home was clean and decorated nicely with a beach theme. I really like the comforter in the master bedroom. The home was sufficiently supplied with towels and necessary items for my stay. The only thing that could have made it even better was to have a small bar of soap in the shower. The home is very spacious and has a nice outside patio and yard. The home is in a safe area and located within a few blocks of the ocean. I had an enjoyable and relaxing time. I would definitely rent this property again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. Comfortable beds and couches and our dogs enjoyed the grassy fenced backyard. The location to Ponce lighthouse area and dog beach was nice as well as many casual seafood eateries.

We had a very good experience with VRBO and this property. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. Very nicely decorated and clean property. We felt right at home the moment we walked in the door. We’ll be back.

Has everything and more! The king mattress is very comfortable as is the large sectional when relaxing or watching tv. The extra seating space inviting and nicely done. We really appreciated having use of beach chairs, umbrella and especially the bikes! The beach is one of the best and is very close. Biking is a pleasure in this area. The house was just as advertised. It was very clean and spacious. Great lounge areas inside the home and a screened in patio. Nice kitchen and dining area and there was also a grill for cooking out. Conveniently located in a nice and quiet area that was still close to areas of activity (diners, grocery, restaurants, etc). It was only a couple of blocks from the beach also! Owners were accommodating. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!
