A lot! Cooking, the freaking lovely view, etc.

Little cockroaches, no local channel, and aircon slowly gets cold.

I like the view of the lake as you wake up in the morning. It's priceless.

,I like the location, very close in proximity with a coffee shop, supermarket and dining places. We also love the sprawling design of the community, in that, the entire place is like a giant jogging area. That's one factor that we take vacations for, to be able to exercise early in the morning. The lobby areas looked very cozy and inviting to lounge around. It is a well secured place.

I didn't like the parking rates imposed. At first, we were given options of public parking which will cost 150.00 and another , a private slot, within the tower 3, where we were checked in but will cost us 300.00 We agreed with the 300 but when we were about to pay, the amount increased to 350.00. Now this really annoyed us because why didn't they day upfront about the new rate? Just because we didn't have a choice ?? It was really a bit of a spoiler.

Great view of Taal lake and volcano. Very close to shopping center (includes supermarkets) and restaurants. Our host, Ms. Keets, was extremely hospitable and accommodating.

Ms keets is very friendly and accommodating. She even offered us breakfast delivery since we don't want to hassle ourselves with cooking. Even problems with wifi connection she is very attentive. Location and view from the balcony are superb. There are plenty of sofas available and perfect for group booking. Appliances are almost complete and all are functional.

Some elevators are not working. And should have a common access to the clubhouse.

Proximity to shops, restaurants and attractions

Beware of unit 1029 in tower 3. Everything is outdated. Aircon not working. Roaches in the room roaming around. Reviews from former customers misleading. It's the total opposite of what was in the customer review. Info cited in booking.com is misleading and not accurate. Totally disapponting and frustrating. I have to vent out my disappointment to the caretaker Ms. Keets who had been very patient with my rant. (Thanks to her)
