This two bedroom apartment was perfect for our two couples vacation. We spent 6 nights here and had a blast. We were walking distance to everything we wanted to see and appreciative of our host making airport transportation arrangements from & to Athens airport. We did have several issues with the keypad entry (required in addition to a key) but our host(s) provided timely assistance. While there is a rooftop bar adjacent to the property and close to the windows, the bedrooms are on the opposite side of the building and we had no issues with noise. The view of the Acropolis is spectacular and greets you each morning and night. The elevator is quite old and small but functional after learning you have to open the door yourself (the first time, we had a return ride to the lobby). The WiFi network name did not match the instructions. We would highly recommend this property and we had a wonderful stay.

Excellent location! Easy walk to everything and enjoyed the Acropolis view. Spacious and stylish top-floor apartment with two full baths and half-bath worked well for our family. Amalia was very responsive in her communication. The only things were that the fireplace didn't work while we were there, and it would be nice to have a microwave and a basic apt instructions sheet (e.g. garbage, fireplace, tv, etc.).

The photos don’t do this flat justice. The host was very communicative and professional, as well as accommodating of our slightly early arrival. The flat is very modern with loads of closet and storage space for clothes and suitcases. The two modern en-suite bathrooms were well appointed with toiletries, the bed linens are top hotel quality, and the view of the Acropolis from the lounge and kitchen is second to none. You can’t beat the location in central Athens, just minutes from Monastiraki and Plaka. Amazingly the apartment is utterly silent despite the location. There is a very good bakery and parking garage around the corner. It could have been helpful to have more utensils and cooking items in the huge kitchen, to include a toaster and microwave for us Europeans, but this was very minor and didn’t affect our trip in any way. 5 stars all around, especially to Amalia who is easily one of the loveliest Greeks we have ever met. Book this place as soon as you can.

Very comfortable apartment. Great location. Modern aesthetic. Only minor minor quibbles, does not have a micro wave, but otherwise fully outfitted. Elevator in the building can only accommodate two people, and cannot take up two people with their luggage, but that’s not the apartments fault. Balcony is street side and not Acropolis side, though they might be able to put a couple of smaller chairs on the Acropolis side. Very quiet, no street noise, perfect place for 2 to 4 people.

This apartment is perfectly located for walking to everything! It is beautiful, spacious, and exactly as pictured. There is an elevator. Initial instructions from the property manager were non-existent, which caused some unnecessary stress. Once we reached her successfully, check in and check out went smoothly. We were there over a weekend, but did let her know that the air conditioning in the bedrooms was not functioning properly on day 1. It was never addressed. The view is amazing, but I would note that the Parthenon side has a roof top bar next door, which was full every night. While the sound was not a problem, it does mean lack of privacy if the shutters or windows are open. That said, we would stay in this apartment again.
