Room was clean and modern. Rooftop swimming pool was heated. Close to beach and quiet.

No coffee shop in the hotel. There is a rooftop cafe but it opened at 3pm and it mainly served pizza, chicken and beer. Only option for coffee was the convenience store next door.

The balconies were small. One had bird poop so could not be used.

The location was ok, there is parking available.

We have never had an issue with any hotel, but the stay here was not great. The wait to check in took a very very long time. The room was supposed to have 2 queen beds, they were double/full beds. When we asked the front desk they stated double beds are queen beds. The room wasn’t very clean, coffee stains on the walls, dirty counters, all the windows were super dirty. We were excited that they had 2 adult only pools, but did not enforce anything so there were lots of kids in each pool. We have 3 kids and love them but we’re excited to have an adult only roof top pool for our kid free vacation so it was disappointing.

Most of the staff ( limited English - but translation by phone works) was fantastic and very helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and spacious. They give a lot of pillows which I loved! You are responsible for your room cleaning But fresh towels and trash taken out daily. My kids loved the swings and running around the grounds. There were folks in the heated pool and hot tub (too cold for us). Location was central to everything though you’d probably need a car; but they had rental eco cars if you did not have one (Not sure of bus options) . They had lots of room options for families or groups so we weren’t all in the same room together. It was nice to have a kitchen and it had everything we needed so we could make meals. There are washing machines (in only one building) but easy enough to use and drying racks are provided in the room. There’s a GS25 onsite which was very convenient. They have an upstairs lounge which we enjoyed on our last night and restaurant. I’d definitely recommend and would stay again.

Housekeeping could do a better job. The shower glass and doors of bathrooms were dirty. Then I went to clean out the sink when we were leaving and there was a lot of old food in the sink not from us.

Excellent facilities with free pools and there is a convenient store right next to the hotel. My room was bigger than what I expected.

The mirror window next to the bed was not so comfortable because people outside can see everything in the room if I don’t draw the curtains. Wish it had a better type of mirror for the window

Kitchen was equipped. Laundry in the hallway on each floor, but no dryer. Drying racks in the rooms. Convenient and spacious with kids. Loved the balconies. Pretty BBQ area outside. Floor mats provided in addition the bed. Very comfortable seating.

The soaking tub was not connected to a drain directly. When using with even just a little water, it flooded the bathroom. Even though my kids love taking a bath, we did not use it during our stay because I was afraid of what would happen with all the water. It was like a tub was put on top of a shower floor.
