Staff were very friendly and spoke very good English. Location is not far from all the highlights of Songdo.

Parking garage got filled up very quickly on Saturday. Also bathtub faucet is just very poorly placed.

Great location, with plenty of things to do locally, and choice of restaurants was really good. Not far from the Hyundai mall

Was leaving Korea for a couple of weeks, so my husband and I decided to spend our last weekend in Incheon so that our commute to the airport was short. I chose Central Park hotel for the old luxury feel and the view of central park. I thought it would be romantic. You walk out the front of the hotel to the park and river where you can take the little boats. We walked through the park every day, which was a romantic way to get to lunch and dinner. The spa tub with the jets was amazing! Made for a good bubble bath. My husband is a big man, and he looked like a kid in it.

While the hotel delivers on OLD luxury, I was disappointed that the hallway was so scary and destroyed. The wallpaper was cut up like someone took a knife to it. For something that looks like old luxury, walking past this every time to get to your room destroys the illusion and puts the hotel at the same level as cheap motels. The view was nice, but the windows were so dirty, I could barely get a good picture. Also, it was hard to figure out how to turn on the air conditioning.

Staff, location and room space

Views. Great views. They’re the main thing. Room was nice and big, super big bed, nice couch, big TV. Nice location if you want to visit Songdo’s Central Park, but it’s kind of far from Incheon’s Downtown. There’s a metro station really close to the hotel though.

Room was not cleaned after last guests left, there were leftovers of their food on the table and on the floor. Also, aircon was not working properly and it made a really loud sound at night.

Location was good

The room was so hot. The hallway was colder than the room. Front desk mentioned that it’s winter and told us to open the window but it was noisy. Baby was crying because it was too hot and we were sweaty in the room. No fan to provide by the hotel. Room was not clean as we found dust patch on the floor. Front desk does not speak English. We asked if we needed to reserve a taxi to the airport, they said no. so when we checked out, there was no taxi available and needed to wait for quite some time for taxi to the airport. Hence we were late. We asked the front desk on the terminal for our airlines, they gave us the wrong terminal instead after checking online. Thank God we double checked or else we would have missed our flight.
