Ein sehr gutes, sauberes und komfortables Hotel sehr Central gelegen. Man kann im Untergeschoss ein super Frühstück genießen wenn man wie ich nicht nur süß frühstücken möchte. Es gibt auch einen Fittnesraum, Pool und einen Waschraum in dem die Gäste selbst Ihre Wäsche waschen können. Es wird vom Hotel sogar Waschmittel zur Verfügung gestellt und Trockner sind auch vorhanden.

Die Öffnungszeiten des Pools sind doof gemacht. Man kann immer nur einen zeitslot von 2h buchen und muss dann den Pool verlassen. Das können die echt verbessern. Und es gab als Marmelade nur Erdbeermamelade und keine typische Auswahl, das liegt wohl daran, dass Asiaten Reis und andere Dinge zum Frühstück essen.

The place has all you need. Spacious rooms, super clean, amenities included, great breakfast. Small but well equipped gym. Close to metro station, and several restaurants open till late. Even with a convenience shop on the ground floor

Room was clean, perfect location, staff friendly and helpful.

Perfect hotel. It has literally everything you might think of! Laundry — yes, free and detergents are free too. Netflix — yes and free (or maybe somebody forgot to logout :-) Pool — yes and free. Tee, coffee in the room — yes and free. Even microwave and free water supply on the floor! Gym — of course, and even a fighting club (but was closed)! The room was wonderful! The bed was giant and soft. It was totally quite. Water pressure was strong. The stuff was super friendly too. Breakfast was good and diverse. And an overall Bundang area is pleasant and quite. It is almost too good to bee trues at such a reasonable price. Usually if you get this level of service everything is pricy, like laundry for example, you can get free laundry in small average hotel, but good hotels will only have paid option. Somerset is a perfect mixture of comfort and free options, don't miss it!

I didn't disliked it, but just to notice—the pool is tiny and shallow, like 0.7 m deep. You have to book it in advance. But it was fun anyway and the view is picturesque :-)

Everything was exceptional and above my expectations! Great location surrounded by many restaurants, bars, and stores, and a big and clean room! The subway was a 5-minute walk from the hotel. I will return again and stay with my family next time!

The front desk staff could be more friendly and provide more info about the hotel facilities.
