Entrance was dirty. Lots of stairs. Front door broken. Unsafe. Lounge had a dirty sofa. No cooker. Had a small portable stove only. TV did not work. No TV Bathroom with mould Couldn't open windows in the bedroom. Ugly bedroom. Pillows were of bad quality. Noisy. We could hear people from other flats. The host ignored us. Unhelpful owner. Awful stay. I have booked and stayed in more than 15 places last year and this was the worse.

The only thing I liked about it was the location; it was convenient for all the places we wanted to go, especially within walking distance.

I didn't like the service and terrible communication; first, the address was not what they said; you need to look for it, and when you find it, there is no one to greet you. It was before we arrived they asked us to check in online, so I did and provided the early arrival time and all documents they needed. We came at the time we told them, and it was no person to meet and go through some basic of the apartment; looking for the apartment was a nightmare, and then found it, so we needed to walk up the stairs to the top( no lift) with our luggage. It was no one, and then I saw a worker. I asked him about their office and where we go to get our apartment key, the worker tried to call one of the ladies to deal with the situation but was unsuccessful. He tried several times, and finally, she replied with the answer," YOUR CHECK-IN TIME IS 1500 PM AND SEND ME YOUR PASSPORT AND VISA, ETC". I replied I did send everything when I checked online, plus the time for our arrival. Finally, the guy we asked questions about the apartment went and reviewed the apartment for us. We went inside, and nothing like the pictures on booking.com. # I asked for a double bed, and they provided two single beds; it was uncomfortable to sleep on as it moved a lot, and one pillow was provided, plus cushions and no covers # the kitchen appliances and kettle were worn out; it was discussed. # no stove, no dryer rack, the fridge was dirty, and food was still left inside. # the cough sheets look messy, etc. # it was unsafe because someone already knew our code for the room # The washing machines were not working, so I texted her to get someone to fix it. # the walked way to the stairs outside was dirty rubbish and smelled disgusting. # the tv was not working, and there was no hot water 🥺 the washing machine was leaking. Please, travelers, read the review before booking any apartment, hotel, etc. That was my biggest mistake; by the time I read the review, it was too late.

The room itself was nice. furnitures were new and clean.

The location was hidden. We needed to call the host several times. When we found the apartment, it was inside a narrow street. We needed to go up 2 stairways which were very high. As we go in, 2 floors up the stairs again. Imagine that with all our luggages. There was no lift in the building and it was not stated on the booking page. The apartment was open when we got there. There was a paper where all the rules and procedures were written. The host sent me the same paper in my phone but since we still have no connection, we based everything on the physical paper. We cannot lock the door, so we left the apartment unlocked as we went out that night. The next day we found out that the lock codes written on the paper were very different. Even on the front door of the place, we had a difficult time as we entered also because of the lock codes. Another thing was, the host agreed for our check out time to be 12noon. When we arrived at around 11am, we were shocked to see that the door was open and there was a cleaner inside! To think our things were all there and they can very well tell that we were still checked in. Privacy and security plus communication were not really good.

Great location, main beds (not sofa beds) were comfy, spacious bedrooms.

Lots of stairs to get to the apartment and the staircase going up to the ground floor wasn't big enough for our stroller, which made it difficult going up and down. The bathroom smelled and the toilet seat was too small for the toilet. No hand towel or hand soap. TV screen but no actual TV or Netflix etc. Heating worked occasionally. Lack of communication by the owner when I messaged.

The location is great.

Customer service is non existent. The place is not clean. Stains on the roof, on the linen, dirty floors. There was a problem with the toilet, it was making an awful noise, stopped us sleeping , and after getting in contact with Customer service, people in charge of running the place, and nobody dealt with it. We had to move out and pay for another place. It cost us double accommodation in the end.

Perfect place to chill in the city of Jerusalem. Walking distance to the old city. Nice apartment with a washing machine as a bonus to clean your clothes when you are longer on your traveling days.

We were disappointed 1-from the lack of communication with the seller 2-Additional cleaning fee of NIS 250, which was not listed in the order 3- The apartment was dirty, there were many ants in the apartment 4- After a contact woman told us that there was a plate in the apartment for Shabbat, we arrived and it wasn't there, we had to eat cold food all Shabbat 5-In the kitchen there were no basic things such as coffee, sugar, tea. There was a machine without capsules. 6- The bathroom was dirty, there were no new toilet papers. 7-We will not recommend anyone to go there

this is not a luxury apt and should not be advertised as such. the representative was difficult to contact, was rude when communicating and did not provide check in instructions until the last minute. it was very annoying to deal with her and her attitude. there was no heat in the apt nor was i given any instructions on how to turn on the heating system. i froze for two nights!! i will never recommend this place to anyone! i was extremely frustrated and highly disappointed!!

location was fantastic and access was straightforward. communication with landlord was a bit last minute, but from that point in time, was very good. apartment was stocked with necessary provisions. furnishings were basic. with a little bit of investment in the furnishings, the place would be far more attractive.

This was a horrible experience. The water in the shower did not drain at all causing a HUGE FLOOD in the entire apartment and going out the front door some of our clothes and shoes got soaking wet in addition my son slipped on the water and hurt himself. This is a very low class motel in a very luxurious neighborhood. You guys really need to rethink your business model or get a day job.

the people were not nice at all and the entrance of the building of the place is very scary and messy. I won’t be surprised if there was an homeless at the bottom of the stares of the building.

The location is very convenient, although there are a lot of stairs. The facilities all in all were nice and in good order.

The place was not clean when we arrived, the toilet, shower and kitchen were the main issues, plus the foldout couch (which is really ironic, because you get charged an additional 250NIS cleaning fee...for what I may ask). I immediately informed the manager, who called the housekeep to fix everything. He did take care of the toilet and shower, but over our four day stay, we kept having to wash and clean things ourselves (like the dishes before using), because it's easier than trying to get ahold of the management every time something comes up. Also we had to buy laundry detergent, although it was supposed to be provided. Another really annoying thing was that there was often NO hot water. This was all more or less bearable (except the cleaning fee, which I asked to be waived, being that the apartment wasn't clean when we arrived), but what isn't acceptable is that I have the receipt from Booking.com with the total for our stay including the cleaning fee at 1492NIS (~$437), but was charged $495. That is way too big of a difference to justify it by "conversion rates," and I have yet to receive a receipt from the management. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE.

We very much enjoyed our stay in this apartment. The apartment was clean and tidy and had all the equipment available one is happy to find when traveling. All was in excellent shape and also consumer goods were available (soap/shampoo etc..). The only downside might be the stair cases for elderly or people that cannot walk that well. Due to the fast communication with the owner per WhatsApp there was no problem entering the apartment. What is unbeatable is the vicinity to the old city which makes early day trips when, it's still empty very easy. There were plenty of shops around and also place for food in different price classes. Although the street is a busy one, you cannot hear the noise when, the windows are closed. For all it has to offer that definitely was a bargain. We're looking forward to return next year.

Fantastic location, modern and clean.

Unfortunately, the couch bed is not comfortable for 2 adults. The beds are very comfortable though. The reservation was for 4 people and 2 of them had bad sleeps due to the couch bed. We were definitely expecting something more comfortable for the price we paid. Also, the place was quite noisy (day and night), unfortunately.

The apartments are in a very central location. The flat is spacious and the beds are comfortable. The shower is excellent. Although I never met the lady who manages the lettings she was very helpful on the phone.

There are a lot of stairs and no lift. The alleyway and outside staircase that lead to the apartment are quite poorly maintained. The wifi signal is not very strong.

Location was excellent - Easily accessible to the Old City and other key areas of the city. Place was clean. Beds were comfortable. Place was spacious. Host was generally friendly and helpful.

I got charged for something that I wasn't supposed to be charged for and 5 days later I am still getting try to get the refund. Lots of steps to get to apartment. Toilet seat and faucet were partially broken pre-arrival (although still fully serviceable)
