The home itself was very nice, well appointed and extremely clean. It is also in a great location, which is close to the beach and many local attractions, dining and activities. Best of all, the property managers are communicative and responsive to any problems that may arise during the stay. This rental comes highly recommended.

Our granddaughter’s only request for her 18th birthday was to spend it at the beach with our family, and this was the PERFECT spot to make her wish come true! It is beautiful, spacious, tastefully beachy, comfortable, and well equipped for your every need! And SO close to the beach!
We made a GREAT memory there, and plan to go back in a month with more family!

We enjoyed our time in New Smyrna Beach. The location was great and the beach access was so convenient. The house was very nice and provided plenty of space for all of us. Having access to the beach equipment was great, too!

We had a great time at the Salty Turtle. Cindy was easy to connect with to get set up and booked. Great location!! The house is beautiful— had a fully stocked kitchen and lots of linens for the bedrooms/ bathrooms. You could see the ocean from the porch and it was nice for a partial view of the sunrise. We also were lucky enough to catch 2 rocket launches from the front porch during our stay. Lots of great stuff for the entire family — from puzzles, beach toys, board games, books, etc. We ranged from ages 4 to 86 and all enjoyed. The steps were little steep and hard to see at night for the older folks but that was the only challenge. 2 minor things that may complete the stay for other guests as well: to have a box fan that can be stored in one of the many closest and to have a drying rack for beach stuff to dry. We really had a wonderful time and can’t wait to come back!

We just stayed at this house and it was perfect for what we needed. It was a very short walk to the beach, flagler, Starbuck, DD, etc. Size of house was perfect and very clean. I would stay here again.

This was our family's first time to stay at a different location for our usual annual beach trip to NSB! It did NOT disappoint! We loved the spaciousness and ammenities the property offered, especially the convenience to the beach. The house was perfect and we all had a wonderful stay. My favorite part was how well stocked the house was with plenty of linens, items in the kitchen, and beach chairs/ toys. The only thing I would change is the water pressure was quite puny for such a grand house. Overall, we will definitely be back!!!!!!!

My husband and I stayed at this awesome beach house for 3 weeks and loved every minute of it! The house is very comfortable and there is everything you need for an incredible vacation! I would absolutely stay at this house again!

House has a great floorplan, very well appointed, an extremely clean. Convenient to beach access at 3rd (for driving) but we just preferred to walk to 2nd as it was less congested. Walking distance to Flagler Ave. and Publix. Would highly recommend and would love to return!

The garlic, Norwood’s, and restaurants on Flagler. Very convenient to access the beach as well. We will probably be coming again to stay over the summer

We had a great time. The house was beautiful and excellent location. The only complaint was the tv my husband had trouble with the roku tv he wasn’t used to how it worked it was hard to find local news and weather.

This was a wonderful” home” for the holidays. Our family of 7 gathered here from all across the country for the Christmas holidays. The accommodations were excellent . Great house
We vacationed here for a week in July and loved the house. The furnishings and beds were super comfortable and it really was a like a home away from home. The kitchen is very well stocked and it was a great location with just a short walk to the beach. When we booked the home it was still listed as beach view with photos showing an empty lot between the house and the beach but when we arrived there was a very large house under construction which blocked most of the view. I know this isn’t something the listing agent had any control over but at the time we booked, they had to know that construction was due to start at any time. I just wish the listing had been updated to reflect that. Other than the construction site being much less enjoyable to look at than the ocean, it didn’t bother us and we thoroughly enjoyed our vacation. Without a doubt we would stay here again.

Nice location, very walkable/bike friendly. Bring your own bikes.
Beach is 2min walk . Beach is on part that allows cars. Lots of beach gear in garage.
We choose this place due to it being pet friendly.
Only downside is the heavy equipment construction out the front door for 2 weeks out of 4 weeks we stayed.
