I would recommend this listing to everyone. It is conveniently located to Charlotte. Great location. Great neighborhood. She was always prompt to answer any inquiry. Left Welcome box, snacks even had eggs and bacon in refrigerator. Interior furnishing comfortable and made you feel a home. If I were coming back to this area, I definitely would stay here again.

We had a great stay. The property is within a 10 minute drive to anywhere we needed, it was great.

Overall a good experience

everything was good except there was no kitchen towels and hardly and kitchen dish soap. Plus we had to go out to get toilet paper. It was clean and had creative decor.. We enjoyed our stay. It would have been much easlier with a lockbox instead of the electronic connection. My sons finally connected but I never did.

AJ, the owner, was always quick to respond and always answered any concern. We had some special requests, and AJ was able to meet them. It allowed our family to stay together while attending a family graduation party. Would request to stay here again in the future

We had a group of 8 adults stay here while in town to attend an event at the Charlotte Motor Speedway. The location of this house was excellent! It was nearby the speedway, an awesome local coffee shop (Barista Craft), and lots of great food and frozen custard (yum!) choices. It was also nearby the expressway, which made travel around Charlotte easy. We had plenty of room--3 bedrooms and space for an air mattress in the living room, 2.5 baths. The house was also very clean. Amechia was a great host, and stayed in very close contact via the HomeAway app. She recommended some great local restaurants (Tacos 4 Life!) and also sent a list of free weekend events, which was very thoughtful. We learned that Bechtler Art Museum had free admission one night we were there, and so we were able to check that out. A couple of suggestions that would make this a 5 star property: have extra hand towels (plenty of bath towels but not many hand towels), fix fan and hand towel rack in master bath, stock with coffee pods on counter and coffeemate in refrigerator. Thank you for the hospitality!!! Will remember this property if we come back to Charlotte.

We had a great time it was a home away from home.

Enjoyed our stay very much. Home was very nice, clean and comfortable. Owner was extremely helpful and a phone call away, which was so nice. I will definitely stay there again next year.
