We kept calling and calling and calling and calling the hotel and they NEVER picked up the phone, so we couldn’t get to the hotel, because we wanted to confirm the accommodation's booking confirmation. We have had already a lot of bad experiences booking from the “Booking.com” app and they have been canceled by no reason and with no previous notifications. So, we wanted to first try and call the hotel but they absolutely never answered the calls, so, shame on the hotel and on this horrendous app that still doesn’t work and have nothing compared to apps like Airbnb and Vrbo. We lost a whole day trying to book a single night at Villahermosa using this app, but never worked, so we ended up booking an apartment in Airbnb and it was so easy and fast. I’m never using Booking.com again. There are problems both with the app and with the so called “hotels” that are offering their services via this app. Just like this hotel that ever answers the calls from guests.

The location is great it is near good restaurants. It is safe and quiet.

The air conditioner did not work. I could not sleep. The room smelled like cigarette smoke.

There is no dedicated smoking place anywhere around the hotel! Need to go out and walk the street

the breakfast was nice ...a nice salad mix also would have also been nice.

The best hotel in Villahermosa, staff are very friendly, rooms are spacious and clean, you always feel happy about the room. facilities and gym are also great.

We loved the afternoon snacks and wine it was the perfect thing from traveling all day, and the breakfast was also wonderful. The staff was extremely friendly. I would definitely stay here especially if you have pets. We had our bulldog and he was very pleased :)
