I loved how clean the room was and the host was very friendly. The place is quiet and peaceful. Even though I didn't use the pool, it looked clean.
The room that I was in had no key. I asked the host and he said that they no longer give guests keys, he was very honest but I personally prefer to lock my room when I sleep.

The room booked has no private in and out entrance. Have to walk through the house. Bathroom outside the room, while the house is communal....Noise during early hrs of the morning, had a cold shower 5am this morning, in winter! Sent messages to the number I used to communicate upon my arrival, but no response when I raised concerned. Iron dirty/burnt couldn't use it.... My worst experience ever, I feel robbed!

The hosts, Dennis and Glen were friendly, hospitable, approachable and personally drove me to and from hospital on two occasions. The premises are kept beautifully clean and there is access to most necessary kitchen appliances including microwave.
There is nothing at all to complain about.

The pictures they have on this site do not do justice to the beauty & warmth of the home. The place is better than some of your known brand hotels. Beautiful garden and pool to wind down a hot work day or for a work from home👌👌Beautifully decorated and clean. Coffee facilities&fridge in the room for your comfort. TV with netflix in guest lounge with designer couches. It's inside a beautiful estate, centrally located along N14, close to fourways, sandton, westrand & central pretoria. The hosts are amazeballs👌. Really great value for money. The place is excellent for leisure travel and business travel especially if you are a single traveller with safety concerns.
The hosts are professional business executives. I casually asked them for breakfast and they offered, they overfed me 🤣🤣👌👌😍😍at a small fee.

the bed was comfortable and they had TV, the bathroom is big
access is difficult always have to call for passwords, they never cleaned my room and no access to the kitchen had to drink water from the bathroom or buy water to drink.

Atleast the owner was kind enough to let us use his kitchen,everything else was perfect.
We were told that the kitchen it's not part of our package but yet while making the booking on booking.com it said the apartment includes kitchen,iron,kettle etc....and also we didn't know the owner will also be in the house with us, the app doesn't include all the correct information.
