The owner is super kind and patience , always willing to help with anything you need or any questions you may have. Parking is a plus if you have a car and also location is great as it’s only a short walk to the centre and main streets/attractions. Although the building doesn’t look modern from the outside, the inside is totally different! Spacious room according to what you book - nothing to complain about! :)

Recently renovated and they have bought quality. Washing machine, oven,fridge freezer.My favourite part of town with a coffee shop , supermarket and bakery under a minutes walk.Owner available via WhatsApp and she lives close.I hope she has vacancies when I return to this interesting city.

Central location, cleanness and warmth of the place. It’s very hard to find warm place with good heating system in Tirana, especially if you have a baby. We were staying somewhere else in almost the same price with old windows and bathroom that makes it impossible to have your baby shower because of the open bathroom. But in this place there is a cabinet and even a heater in the bathroom which isnt very likely in Tiran. The kitchen staff was clean and new, people were nice we definetely felt like home. I’d stay in the same place if i come back again. Thanks for everything.

Having a breakfast in their bar wasn't the greatest experience since the person working there had absolutely no knowledge of English and wasn't even trying to communicate. He would bring us what he thought he was supposed to, without bothering to check what we actually wanted to eat or drink.

Location and reception staff were good. Waiters do not speak English. The breakfast was even below average. There is no fixed breakfast, you can only choose 2 things from a breakfast menu consisting of 5 options. Eggs and cheese for example. If I were you, I would either not include breakfast or prepare a better breakfast menu.

The condition of the duvet, pillow cover and sheets is poor, there is no comp water, there is only sparkling water in the minibar and there is even no opener to use it, and breakfast is poor as well.

The hotel room was nice especially the bathroom, friendly staff on the reception and good choice at breakfast in the cafe downstairs.

Air conditioning unit was hard to get to a good temperature but apart from that nothing else I didn’t like!

The center of Tirana is only a 5 min walk away, so the hotel is located very well for a city trip. Breakfast is served in the café / restaurant below. You can choose a la carte. The offer is good, everybody should find something. It is also possible to order several dishes of the offered menu - don't miss to order the fresh orange juice, it is very delicious.

There was no safe in our room.

The breakfast options were fine. The location is good. Just a short walking distance to Blloku and to Skanderbeg Square. Close to restaurants, bars and shops. The staff was kind and helpful.

Bedroom was nice. Friendly receptionist. Great location close to centre. Good price. Close to supermarket.

Breakfast choice was limited. Staff serving breakfast were not that great, the gentleman would take an order and not write it down and would often bring you the wrong items. Ordered toast twice and was brought a chicken and cheese sandwich and when I asked the male server if I could have toast not a sandwich he seemed annoyed and said that it was toast, which it obviously wasnt. My husband is a vegetarian and I can't have dairy so it wasn't great. Asked for drink and would either get the wrong drink or not be brought them.

We stayed at the Sagrada Familia suite room. Room was clean, bed was comfortable. Wifi strong. Also we wanted late check out and there was this possibility for free which we was very glad. Very polite staff, they also speak English.

We wanted to use the jacuzzi but in moment when we tried dirty things started to came out, very bad smell too. So we didn't. Location is good but mind that it's busy area and if you want to go sleep around 22pm or till 9 am you would not be able. It's too loud.
