Great hotel with a rotating bar on the top floor and the restuarant on the floor below with fantastic views of the city. The rooms were large and very comfortable. Great central location.
No flexibility on check in time, although we were able to leave luggage in a secure room.

Natuurlijk de rooftop is de Max bij hen! Je zit pal in het centrum en ze hebben parking.
Het hotel op zich is verouderd en de kamers hebben nood aan vernieuwing.

Breakfast is almost empty and still 8:30 am. Tables are not clean until you ask waiter. If anything finish they don’t bring more.

Room cleaning on a daily basis, staff was easy going and attentive. Big room for comfort and quiet for a goodnight sleep which felt very homey.
The only downside was that it was under construction during our stay, but that was it.

The location was perfect, hotel was clean and comfortable, breakfast was great, and staff courteous and helpful.
Our room with twin beds (traveling with a co-worker) had a window from the shower to the room. Blinds did not completely close. Staff was fantastic and gave us a different room.

the hotel didn’t tell us they were renovating, so there was no balcony and no restaurant available. If we had known that, we may have picked another hotel

Great Location, Nice comfy room and really safe underground parking which was really important for us. Staff seemed very unsure of what they were doing.
Would have been nice to be told that the hotel exterior is being completely refurbished so covered in scaffolding but the room we stayed in had a balcony that was being used as a store area for the scaffolding and materials and was a mess. This was September 2022 and I can't imagine that it'll be finished any time soon.

Staff and breakfast was OK.
1 Outside construction going on.
2 Over head shower did not work on room 1413.
3 Shower hand sprayer was leaking all over.
4 Old shower towels.

good location
no information about the renovation: the deluxe room with a view was not given. Instead a noisy one at the first floor, hard to sleep with the noise of the street. yet the price remains the same during the renovation.
The panoramic bar was also closed but no infos when we booked.
