Good standard of hotel overall the staff were helpful to our needs.

Sadly no pool (although k ew that before arriving) no table and chairs in room to relax around. We’re given free cake which was nice but no note given with it to explain.

Nice and new hotel. Very comfortable as a base to explore the city. Reception staff very very nice and helpful. Gave us lot of recommendations for eating out etc Breakfast is very decent too. Overall a nice, welcoming hotel.

The location was great and the fact that it was pet friendly.

• pets are not allowed outside the hotel room. • Cant use the restaurant or sit at the lobby with pets (ours is a 2kg tiny Chihuahua), we ended up not being able to have coffee or breakfast although another couple was allowed to have their dog at their table because they knew the manager. • The rooms were freezing cold the heating did not work in any of the rooms. We got moved to two different rooms before the staff admitted that the heating is not working at all. They offered us a room that gets more sun during the day suggesting its warmer, it was midnight when we arrived, so completely useless. •We did not get an apology let alone a discount for the fact that the rooms were freezing cold. In the morning we could have have any food or coffee because of our dog and they ended up charging us another 20 euros (hidden fee) for extra cleaning for pets (our dog does not shed). • when we asked to talk to a manager the girl at the reception refused to call anyone citing its a holiday and she cant bother the managing staff. Overall quite bad service.

The rooms were clean and the beds are cosy. The special surprise by the hotel was very pleasant.

Everything was ok for my trip. I had a business trip so had less time to spend inside the hotel.
