the bathroom shower

there was no parking nearby and they refused to help my find place to park my car!! they were really rude!

What a lovely place! There is a real communal feel and the staff are all very friendly, nothing was too much trouble for them. Khaled in particular was so helpful with a problem we had. The ambience is warm, welcoming and relaxed. We stayed in a De Luxe room with balcony which was clean, bright and spacious. The air conditioning worked well. The shower was good and the beds comfortable. Having a fridge and kettle was really appreciated. There is an area next to reception where a simple set breakfast is served but is also a great place to meet other guests. We were able to walk from the station to the hostel and also enjoyed a stroll to The Egyptian Museum. The staff arranged a tour to the pyramids which we really enjoyed and the tour guide was very good.

it’s not my first time to stay this place, staff very friendly, they make for me free upgrade my room . Free Wi-Fi very clean rooms with air conditioner. and new tv. Khaled and Hisham from reception very helpful and kind. Definitely I recommend this place and I’ll be back

Front Desk Mr. Khalid made the stay from very good to exceptional. Thank you very much Khalid. I told them I am checking out because my wife was joining and they immediately upgraded my room without any extra charge

it would be better if you choose a room with private bathroom

it’s matched my expectations from what I saw at booking, clean and friendly staff and central location if you like the spirit of noisy cairo

some times specially during rush hours you feel too close to the street the shared bathroom is highly contingent on others consideration of shared use and cleanliness even though cleaning staff kept everything all day

It was a large room, relatively clean and the beds were amazing. The location is perfect.

The elevator and the staircase are old and not held clean properly but it's in a building with other company's or something so I understand that the hotel doesn't feel obligated to keep everything clean. The towels and bedlinnen need replacement but weren't bad. We did have a problem with the shower that the staff didn't adress during check in and weren't able to fix during our stay which was kind off bad. But for the budget I would probably come back.

Stuffs are friendly.

They didn’t have a hairdryer. My room had a balcony but I couldn’t stand there just a couple minutes b/c of dirty air.

Price and location. Reception staff are cool.

There is kitchen but it looks like nobody use it for years. Dirty and no cooking devices at all. They gave us towels but it was torn and stained. Narrow room we couldn't even open our suitcase.

The building had character but the rooms were quality for a budget hostel. Location was central.

Very Central Location. A lot of space in the room and also very clean! Very helpful personal and really nice. It’s top if you want to stay some days in Cairo with everything close to you!
