Es un hotel pequeño, pero muy cuidado. Limpio y agradable. El personal es muy amable y te ayudan en todo lo que necesites.
El desayuno es en el edificio de al lado, muy rico y variado. Y con unas vistas excelentes.
Nosotras cogimos el servicio de recogida del aeropuerto y fue un trato excelente.
Y además, está en una de las mejores zonas para alojarse. Zamalek es un oasis de tranquilidad en el caos del Cairo.
Muy recomendable.

الفندق نظيف جداً ورايق وصغير ومن افضل الفنادق اللي سكنت فيها من ناحية النظافه بس عندهم كم نقطه اتمنى يهتمون فيها وهي عدم توفر تدفئه مركزيه في الغرف وثاني شي كل يوم الساعه ثلاث الفجر العامل ينظف سجاد الممرات والصوت يصحيني من النوم وكلمته يقول بس باقي جزء بسيط واخلص وكل يوم نفس الموال، الموقع رائع بالنسبه لي وآمن بإذن الله

L'emplacement dans un quartier vivant et agréable. La qualité des prestations : literie, salle de bain, petit-déjeuner buffet copieux et varié...
Propreté impeccable et service attentif.
Le bar et la délicieuse pizzeria au pied de l'immeuble, très pratiques pour ne pas avoir à retourner en ville après une grosse journée d'excursions.
Le coût du transfert depuis l'aéroport jusqu'à l'hôtel.

The location was good, and the bar downstairs called Olivo have a hood atmosphere
There's a school opposite to the hotel so you can start hearing the students and the cars klaxon from 6h30 AM (eascreally hard to sleep) and at night too much noise, peoples from the bars and the security guy who was having fun and talking very laught with his friends. I was not able to sleep.
Breakfast you have to jump to the hotel next to you ( New President Hotel doesn't have restaurants or gym)

Central locations so Ubers only cost about 20-40EGP if you are going into Downtown or the Bazaar
The power went out each night for up to an hour, but I think this is common overall as it happened at a few places I stayed in Egypt.
I had a few things laundered before my flight, they came back damp and didn't seem clean at all, just smelt nice.
I don't recommend the Italian/Pizza place down stairs, it is average and the waiter was super rude.

The hotel is well located in a very quiet area, has everything you need to have a very good stay, but most important, the personnel is well trained and extremely courteous.
Were I to return to Cairo, I would stay at the New President Hotel again.

The staff were always very friendly and helpful, and understood English. The room was comfortable, well maintained, and providing fresh water, tea, and coffee daily, with housekeeping. The internet connection was stable and fast enough to meet any streaming service in high quality or vc calls.
The breakfast selection was limited.
International TV channels were limited to news and 1 move channel. Even though the TV was a smart TV, it would not connect to the wifi, to allow streaming services/apps or casting.

The view was fantastic! We had a room that is facing St Mary's Church. The church could also be seen from the gym on the 12th floor. The breakfast has a good spread , the pastries was very good. The staff in the hotel was helpful and kind.
The shower water wasn't always hot.

the new president hotel is at best 3 stars in European standard, it’s priced at 120$ usd per night which is a lot for a hotel room that is super basic, dark, no view and without breakfast, there’s not even a hairdryer in the room. we booked this only cos it was last minute, we would not stay here again at this price unless in desperation.

great location in heart of Cairo. the room was really super new and everything was modern. very comfortable bed and friendly staff.
nothing really, everything was fine. just keep it mind it’s basically a building between other buildings, so don’t expect spectacular views from the balconies vs 5 stars hotels, which is fair enough.
