This was not a 4 star property. It was 3 star and it wasnt even like a 3 star The hotel was maintained very bad and water stinks.

Mattress - they have excellent pillow top mattress but it was upside down which made my back sour badly, this is simply a blunder by Hotel Staff. The British plugs were in Bathroom whereas they should be near beds or table so we can use them since we come with BS plugs. Water was not there in room given after asking, kettle was given after asking, tea spoon wasn't there, given after asking.. if it is a 5 star hotel as they rate, it should all be in room.....

Make the reception more spacious and attractive, at the entrance one gets very constricted feeling.

The management is pathetic, we already had informed them that we will be checking in early at 7 am however when we arrived they said as of now rooms are not available, once anybody will check out only then they will be able to provide room, also they did not inform earlier that there will extra 1000 rupees charges on early check in time. Top of that they did not even refund me 50 percent of my advance when I cancelled the booking. My experience was not good here may be for others there might be different and good experience. Thanks.
