the agent did not solve the problem then i asked for manager , same manager did not solve the issue and was speaking same as agent ,. issue was when i reached the hotel there was no room they have not done any reservation of room while i have conformed booking on booking.com, when i asked why they say we dont reserve rooms for booking .com any question ask them. i, option they gave to me is to wait till some one checkout it can be one hour of one day it was alredy 5 :30 pm . when i called booking.com both agent and manager were trying to fool me by saying check in time is 12 and checkout time is 12 so hotel can ask me to wait till till night 12:00 . this hotel is fraud

24/7 reception, price (but allegedly it was highly discounted).
The bedsheets were so dirty I couldn't bring myself to sleep in them; the reception accepted payments only in cash (and tried to charge me almost 1000 INR more than I supposed to) there was no toilet paper in the bathroom; fairly run down facilities.
