This home is spacious and welcoming. Set on a dead end street with a nice yard for the kids to play in.

We stayed for a family trip with grandparents and kids. The house had everything we needed and room to spread out a bit! Paul even set up a little kiddie pool for our girls to use which helped burn off some energy. Location is perfect for trips into town and visits to both the White Mtn National Forest and Storyland! Highly recommend!

Spent the weekend here for our son’s annual birthday trip to North Conway. We went with another family and this house was absolutely perfect. The boys loved the kids room with bunk beds. The home was clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen was well equipped for staying in while the grill was perfect for steak dinner for Father’s Day. We had everything we needed. Paul was super nice, easy to communicate with, and very accommodating. We’re hoping to go back next summer!

Stayed here while skiing at Attitash. House was spacious and clean. Owner was accommodating and friendly. Would definitely book again. Great spot!

The home is beautiful. Everyone commented on the comfy beds! The open kitchen/dining area was lovely. Our host was welcoming and friendly. We would stay again!
The small comment about cleanliness has to do with the laundry room. The area around the base of the shower was a bit dirty. But overall.... everything was great! Highly recommend!

Paul was a great host. He met us when we arrived and gave us a tour of the home and its workings plus easy access for questions if we forgot. He also had a very detailed book for reference. He also had maps and suggestions for the area.
All the appliances including one of my main reasons to select his property, the Jacuzzi was in good condition. Us soon to be sixty need a good jacuzzi after hiking or biking all day. This was a true/strong Jacuzzi. Just what the muscles ordered. We selected the bedroom all the way in the back of the house and found the bed to be very comfortable, again very important when you are hiking and biking all day.
The location is less than one hour away from our top bucket list of hikes and bike tails including Franconia State Park, MT Washington and The Presidential Rails to Trail, which was the prettiest bike trail I have ever been on. You could fill a week just around North Conway and not even have to travel that far. You are also less than 15 minutes from Route 112 which just doing the drive to Lincoln and back is a good of a car hike as you can get with plenty of scenic overlooks to enjoy during a rest day. We also did a self-made covered bridges tour within 15 miles of the house which took us to 4 bridges.
The house is within walking distance (<1 mile)for great food and coffee. We liked the Muddy Moose for Casual Dinning. Peaches for Breakfast and Frontside for coffee. All less than a mile including shopping at Zeb's general store.
If we return to North Conway, I would have no concerns booking again.

The pictures do not do the space justice. The main living area is large and extremely comfortable. The coffee bar is a really nice touch. The owner could not be more helpful, Communication was easy and efficient. The location simply can't be beat

Had another fun trip to N. Conway with our family and close friends. Spacious living room / kitchen gave plenty of room to cook, relax and entertain. Quiet surroundings which was nice.

Shops in walking distance- we walked about 4 miles overall in a day of shopping. Dinners out fabulous. Stairs could be a problem carrying heavy luggage but, manageable. Make sure a short person stays in the loft. Kitchen is open and spacious, dining area great for playing games. The instant on Fireplace was really nice to have. The best part is that the surrounding area was peaceful; we even enjoyed a hike on the trail in back of the property one morning. We would recommend.

We had a great girls trip! Location was great for getting to all the fun spots in North Conway! Great view from main bedroom! It was super hot while we were there so we couldn’t use the hot tub or fire pit area but would have loved to…very welcoming! Pictures are accurate! Great tea/coffee area! Paul goes over everything when you arrive and is available for any questions!

Great Property
Awesome property that is minutes from North Conway Village. Took a 5 day get away with my Wife and daughter (3) just to relax and visit Story Land (20 min away) & Santa's Village (1 hour away). The scenic ride to Santa's Village is amazing. Paul your host was easy to communicate with and is very knowledgeable about the area. Plenty of room as it has an open kitchen area and plenty of sleeping areas ( Bunk bed room was my favorite. Felt like a kid again with the bunk beds and video games). Food shopping within minutes of property. Property has it all

Great place for your next getaway!
My husband and I spent our honeymoon over the past week at this home and had a great time exploring the area. Paul was a great host and had tons of great recommendations for hiking, dining, and other attractions! The home was clean and tidy and so comfortable! We ended up using the kitchen a lot and it was a great space to try some or the local products. We can’t recommend it enough!! We will definitely be back in the future!

Winter getaway!
The property was exactly what we were looking for. The amenities, including the Jacuzzi and the fire pit where we roasted marshmallows for smores were enjoyed by all the adults and our grandchildren. There are views of Cranmore Mountain from the back bedrooms. The snowshoe trails outside our door were beautiful. We would definitely rent again. Property manager is very attentive.

This property is close to the downtown area of North Conway and nearby hiking and skiing. The owner, Paul, is very helpful and accommodating. He is also taking excellent COVID precautions.

Lovely home
We had a lovely stay at Paul's place. Paul met us upon arrival and showed us around the property. The house had plenty of supplies and was very comfortable. Communication with Paul was quick and thorough.
We are a family of 4 with a 5yo and 2.5 yo. Plenty of space, safe environment and very clean.
Love the privacy of the property but also being central to North Conway and everything the area has to offer. We hope to visit again in the future.

Girls Weekend
Renting the property was extremely easy. The owner Paul Barton was responsive when we had questions he was there to greet us when we arrived. The property itself was just like the pictures. It was nice homie clean comfortable we could not have asked for a better stay. We would certainly rent this property again. The location is also perfect smack in the center of North Conway things were so easy to get to.

Best spot we've found in North Conway!
We've had lots of stays at a variety of hotels and other rental properties in the North Conway area, but none come close to this one. It really does have it all. A relatively short walk into town, sparkling clean, a hot tub, fire pit, a trail next to the house for walks into the woods, plenty of room, modern appliances, and much more. What's probably most important was the host, Paul, was amazing and very helpful and communicative both before and throughout our stay. A+ rental. We will be back!

Fabulous weekend
Two couples enjoyed a long weekend in the fabulous house. The location was great and the property was beautiful. The owners thought of many details your wouldnt even think of. All of the recommendations were fabulous and spot on for what we wanted to do. When we did need to contact the owner his response was immediate. I would highly recommend.

Great Location in North Conway, NH
Renting this property was very easy and affordable and half the cost of a hotel when sharing with 2 couples. Paul, the owner, was always available to help with anything that needed attention. His communication was a 10-star. His home was very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen had all the necessary items to cook quick meals, mostly breakfast. The home is great for a family 6 or 7 with 3 different sleeping areas. Having a washer and dryer is a big bonus too. Even though it's not a fancy hotel, we would return to this property. Paul was a great host and is very proud of his home.

Convenience to Area is Great!
Owner was very friendly.
Items to consider: One of the bathrooms is a part of laundry room which is not convenient to the bedroom area. We were glad that the weather turned cool because only one bedroom had air conditioning and the main area was cooled by a very noisy air conditioner. Lastly, football fans were disappointed that they weren't able to access ESPN on the TV.

No Privacy!
I would not recommend this place nor will I be renting this place again in the near future. When we arrived, check in went great. The owner greeted us and showed us around. Apparently he turned his basement into an in law apartment and told us that he’ll be staying for the night ONLY and that we shouldn’t be worried about anything. Well that was a lied, because the next morning he came to talked to us and told us how we were too loud and that we swear too much. And told us that If we don’t stop swearing he will kick us out! Which ruined the whole day/weekend for us. Yes, we were a family of 6 but we did not have a party, or blast any type of music. After yelling at us, he told us to enjoy our stay and hope we have fun! Well how is that possible when we can’t even enjoy ourselves, when there is no privacy at all! Felt like we were being watched the whole entire time because he stayed at the house the whole time we were there and eavesdropping on our conversations.

Roomy House, Great Location
My four kids and I really enjoyed our stay and the property is close to downtown and many hikes and activities, yet it feels remote. The layout of the home is perfect for a family, offering both privacy or room to hang out together. My favorite spot was the deck where I would have my coffee each morning. It felt like a glamorous tree house. Paul had lots of suggestions on places to see and area hikes. Great time had by all!

Fantastic week in North Conway
Our family of four + one very well travelled auntie just returned from one of our all time favorite 4th of July vacations ever, thanks in large part to Paul and his beautiful home. We grilled, we watched the town fireworks from the deck (wow!), we roasted marshmallows over the fire pit, and when it rained cats and dogs we played some of the excellent family games on hand in the house. Every morning my husband and I enjoyed our coffee on the screened porch, watching for wildlife.
Paul had lots of excellent suggestions for things to do and see, and also has compiled a very helpful binder with information on the house, neighborhood, attractions and eateries. The location really can’t be beat; the house feels very private with nothing but trees and mountains out every window - really, every window! - yet is less than a ten minute walk to Peaches and less than fifteen to Schoueler Park. The house was thoroughly kid friendly with window guards and bed rails in the room with the bunk beds as well as a nightlight and reading lights. There are loads of fascinating books on diverse subjects throughout the house, many of which are appropriate for kids too. I could’ve stayed for a month just to read, except, well, kids. (Lol).
We would LOVE to return to this home the next time we’re in the Mt Washington valley. It’s a real Goldilocks house - everything is just right. So if you’ve read this much of the review you should definitely go and enjoy it as much as we did - and take good care of it, because it’s a gem!

Great vacation in North Conway
We enjoyed our stay. The home was very cozy, clean and comfortable. We had a wonderful time snowshoeing through the woods next to the house. Paul was very helpful giving us information about the area. We highly recommend this property.
