My family had the most wonderful vacation at the Vidanta! The accommodations were top notch and the resort was just amazing! While it’s pretty massive, it was very easy to get around and so many different options for food and activities. The staff was kind and made us all feel so welcome! We ventured into old town puerto vallarta and loved experiencing the culture and all the wonderful food! Deb and Jim were absolutely wonderful in helping us get our trip all set. We truly appreciated all they did in making it so seamless for us! We will 100% be going back! Thank you for sharing this beautiful place with us. So many memories made that we will cherish always!

This property (GIANT Vidanta) was just as described and was really outstanding! We stayed during a VERY busy week and I chose a host with great VRBO reviews precisely because I wanted to ensure we were dealing with a Vidanta owner who had been through the whole process before. Deborah was GREAT to work with. She answered all my questions and even made extra phone calls in order to put my mind at ease that we would not have trouble with the reservation. We had just our family in the 2 BR Bliss unit, but we were joining other families on Spring Break and 2 of them did have VRBO reservations cancelled with no explanation 2 weeks before arrival. The Bliss 2BR was great and we loved that it was centrally located among the resorts since we used lots of pools around the property. The Bliss pool was always quieter and our group tended to prefer the "Main Pool" and the Grand Mayan pool, but it was easy to get there. The Bliss units do not have large refrigerators, so we didn't have too many groceries or meals in our room but with that said, it would be nice if the Vidanta "store" had more available. They dedicate significant space to upscale deli and pre-prepared foods, and we would have preferred to have more choices in the grocery area. Kind of a small complaint given our great week! We will likely return!

First time staying in Vidanta and this place exceeded our expectations. Absolutely beautiful! The Grand Luxxe apartment was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. The balcony and it’s view was so pretty and peaceful. Deb made our booking process go smoothly and was very helpful through it all. Will definitely book again in the future.

We stayed in a studio at the Grand Luxxe. Deb was extremely helpful and provided detailed communication. The property was beautiful and very spacious. If you are considering one of the 3 hotels at Vidanta, the Luxxe has many added amenities that make the whole experience a little bit nicer.
