Bathroom was not clean, dirty grill and oven, old pans, and not enough wash cloths and nice towels. Nice spot and we enjoyed our time. The master bathroom's toilet broke and there were no contact info on what to do and we reached out to contact number and they didn't respond.

This is a really nice condo to stay at on the lake. The upstairs loft area a great place for the kids to stay. Plenty of room. Docks and grounds of the facility an A+

Perfect condo for the Ozarks. Every thing was as shown in the profile, clean and well maintained. The owner was great and got back to me on all of my questions. Will definitely book this condo in the future.

This is a great property for a group of adults. Several beds, bedrooms and 3 bathrooms make for a nice arrangement. Lots of parking. Tim was very easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again. With that said, be aware that if you use the boat slip it is a long walk from the condo. Also, frying pans could use updated.

What a pleasant surprise this condo was. Beautiful views, everything you could possibly need in the condo, and the absolute most comfortable beds I have ever slept in while traveling. The decor was tastefully done, and the host was quick to respond with any questions we had including referring us to two incredibly restaurants within a very short distance. Will definitely be back!

It was ok but not to clean in bathrooms. No Christmas decor. Bed had no mattress pad, only a plastic cover. The fireplace did not work. It as pk, but would not stay at the condo or recommend it to others. Good thing, very quiet.

Tim, was extremely helpful and property was amazingly clean. Bonus: balcony was shaded in AM and PM which allowed for us to sit out and view the lake! Highly recommend staying. Thanks.

Experience was good. We spend most of our time on the lake but when in the condo,we had everything we needed. Response from property owners was quick and they checked on us to make sure we didn't need anything.

Birthday getaway
Overall a great experience. Very clean. One negative was the lights... several bulbs burned out. And the fixture over the dining room table was way too dim.... could hardly see to play games etc. Otherwise, I recommend this rental

Great setup
The location of the condo was easy and close to everything. The loft/3rd bedroom was perfect for our kids to sleep in.

Beautiful location and close to everything. Condo wasn't as clean as I would have liked. Dishes were dirty and floors. Other than that a great place to stay. Communication with Tim was great. He responded quickly to questions.

Dirty floors & not hot water
We enjoyed our stay but the floors were super dirty and the hot water was not very hot or not for long at all. We followed the instructions but the water still never got very warm. Otherwise we enjoyed a lot.

Family memories
1st time to the Lake of the Ozarks. This is a great location and loved having 3 bedrooms and 3 bath. The loft room was great that it had two full beds. This worked for our adult family . Thanks again Denise

Perfect for our family
This space had everything we needed. The loft was great for my teenage daughter and her friend so they had their own space. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare the meals we planned. It was a nice, relaxing weekend away.

Spacious and great location
If you're looking for lots of space this is the place. Six of us and it was perfect. Only negative I can say is the carpeting could use a good cleaning. Otherwise it was great! Perfect location for us.

Great condo with plenty of space for our family of six. Excellent view and location with pools, lake swimming, boat rental right down the street, and close to all restaurants and grocery stores. Highly recommend this condo and the Osage Beach area.

WONDERFUL!
This place was so relaxing. Pool was great and people were friendly! Few dishes that were not clean and we had to let them soak but otherwise great place!

This place was great. I would recommend it. Must be able to do steps though. Kids enjoyed fishing and swimming. Condo came with all you needed.

Great Space for Large Family
If you're looking for a place for a large family this place is perfect. The pools were amazingly clean with no bugs. Great fishing between the two pools. Endless Bluegill for the kids and I caught a decent Bass off the swim dock. It was better fishing right out the front door than we had on our boat.
All in all this place is actually is better in person than the pictures.
