I was turned around and couldn't stay because the woman at the front desk didn't know what a military ID is so never made it to the room

The room was very very clean it looked recently remodeled

There wasn't anything I didn't like

The building was old and the sheets were not even clean so the bed was old too! There were cigarette burns in the carpet and the massive air conditioning unit under the window on the wall doesn’t even work so why on Gods Green earth is it even still there?

They could have free snacks and free drinks and they could have hot breakfast instead of just pastries

The people that run the place and other employees are rude disrespectful and it was a horrible time I would never go there again

I like the staff they treat me very courteous. Rooms are usually tidy and no one bothers me .

Nothing about the place was appealing. Night clerk wouldn't honor our reservation and wanted 50 dollars cash up front.

Clerk didn't honor our reservation and wanted 50 cash up front. Needless to say we didn't stay at the run down motel. We told the lady she was crazy. And 50 dollars cash on top of the 90 was nonsense.
