The price is good and the local staff were nice and friendly. The basic things in the room were clean but lots of dust on less used surfaces.

The photos are extremely misleading as the room doesn't actually have a window per se - the glass that you see in the photos is actually your wall and a door to come in. So no possibility to open a window at night or during the day. The balcony is just a common balcony/corridor (motel style). You need to choose between having natural light in the room or privacy from anyone passing by. The owner was extremely rude, pretty sure he was under influence when we checked in. The local staff had to check with him about the prices of the beer so had to interact with him too. He doesn't trust the staff with money so they never have any change - we had to leave extra money at the checkout because of this and were never able to pay for drinks on the spot. The bathroom is absolutely tiny with shower over toilet - nowhere to hang stuff for it to stay dry while you shower. The sink is tiny and uncomfortable. No chance to dry anything in the room because of no windows situation and the humidity. When we checked in there wasn't even toilet paper in the room - had to go ask. The room is tiny too - had no space to put our backpacks and were forced to be jumping over it while going to the bathroom/out of the room. While booking it says breakfast is available at €1 cost but they don't actually provide breakfast - you can only get hot water for your 3in1 "coffee" or buy cup noodles.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, accommodating to my needs. The room was comfortable, clean, and the shower had good pressure. All around good stay!

The first time we stayed in the city it was dirty and had bugs. So glad we found this place. Owned by an English man so everything was up to western standards.

Staff friendly and helpful. Location good. Fantastic to have a fridge and cold beer. Close to restaurants and jetty. Great value for money. The rooms are small but perfectly adequate.
