As first time visitors to Seville, Javier’s apartment was ideal. We booked it after reading all the positive reviews and as it provided us with an extra bathroom and bedroom. Javier is an incredible host - so welcoming and has collated so much information about Seville, sight seeing, shopping and dining which we really appreciated. Initially with no previous experience of Seville we didn’t appreciate how perfect Javier’s Apartment’s location was to the Bus Station, Supermarkets and Shops, Restaurants and so many attractions - but still in a quiet area. The apartment was spacious and very clean and was a joy to go back to and chill in after a day of sightseeing and before going out for evening meals. We knew that if there was a query we could very easily contact Javier. We would be very happy to encourage any friend to book Javier’s apartment.

This was a perfect location with wonderful amenities! We could not have asked for better. Javier met us at the property and introduced us to the apartment and surrounding location with lots of resources to plan our time in Sevilla. The apartment was really lovely with views down a tree-lined street. It was quite while being very close to many sites and restaurants. It was just right for our party of 6. We will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our time in Seville. The apartment was super nice. It was spacious and exceptionally clean. I was very thankful for all the directions on how to use the washing machine. The apartment was very quiet and held well with air conditioning even during a heat wave. The apartment was convenient to many restaurants and shops. We were able to catch the hop on hop off bus down by the bus station, which was but a 10 minute walk. I recommend this apartment.

This flat is very well located et equipped. We spent a great time in this big apartment with our family. Javier gave us very useful advice for our stay in Seville. For sure, we recommend this place.

Took my children and grandchildren on a trip to celebrate my grandson’s high school graduation. Our flight was delayed five hours, but we were in constant touch with the owner, and although we never had the opportunity to meet him directly, Javier made sure that there was someone to meet us at the apartment, hand over the keys, and tell us a little bit about the area. The apartment is close to all of the major sights and restaurants. I would certainly recommend this property to anyone coming to Seville.

We had a wonderful time in Sevilla. Javier was a wonderful and knowledgeable host who provided our group with lots of helpful information. Just returned from a wonderful week in Sevilla. This apartment has an ideal location for sightseeing. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to see and visit. Javier was a wonderful host easy to communicate with ahead of our stay and gave us a detailed orientation when we arrived. His restaurant recommendations were wonderful. The apartment very comfortably sleeps six adults or in our case a mix of teenagers adults and seniors. Highly recommend this listing. We Were able to see Sevilla during Christmas time which was spectacular and enjoyed celebrating La Fiesta de los Reyes Magos the feast of the three kings and the parade!!!!

We had a fabulous few days in this lovely apartment in Seville. It is perfectly located, within walking distance of all the great sites & with plenty of great restaurants nearby. The apartment is spacious & well maintained. Javier is a tremendous host who communicated clearly on all the details we needed before arrival, and he provided lots of useful information on what to see in the city. Nothing was too much trouble. The day of our arrival in Seville there was a taxi strike. Our host Javier called me in route and notified me. He then sent me the location of a bus stop, the correct bus number and the stop to get off. He then even met us at the stop to lead us to the property. Really quite exceptional!!!

Absolutely beautiful apartment in walking distance of most major attractions in the centre of Seville. Great apartment for more than one couple. Amazing host was there to help us get into garage and apartment as well as show us how close we were to everything. He made the stay special. This is the perfect base for an extended stay in this amazing city.

Really great place to stay. The location was perfect, on a quieter side street but walkable to all the major sites, Triana, and restaurants. Supermarket 30 seconds away. Javier was a top notch host, quick and thorough with communication, and the check in process was the best one I've gone through. Having parking was a big plus. The apartment itself was very clean, a great size, air conditioning worked well, and the building felt very safe. I would highly recommend this VRBO!

The apartment is very spacious and central with easy access to city centre and all the sights, all walkable. Our host, Javier was so helpful before and during our trip and left us with super maps and places to see, also lists of great restaurants and tapas bars. We absolutely loved our stay in Seville and Museo was the ideal apartment for our family. The apartment was clean, comfortable, well-appointed, and within walking distance of all the great shops, cafes, and activities. Javier was a wonderful host. He went well and above for us. In addition to providing valuable information about top things to see, restaurants with the best tapas, etc., Javier also helped us to coordinate getting COVID tests in advance of our early Sunday flight back to the US. I highly recommend apartment Museo to anyone visiting Seville.

Fantastic location, very clean and spacious apartment. The owner Javier was very helpful in explaining everything including providing information on local restaurants and sights. Comfy beds which were much appreciated as we were in Seville for the marathon.

Incredibly clean and comfortable apartment on 2nd floor w/elevator and underground parking. Mattresses very cozy. Kitchen has everything you need. Best part of this apartment is it’s LOCATION on a picturesque orange tree lined residential street isolated from busy city only steps away. Grocery store & Restaurants literally around the corner. Alcazar, Cathedral & Old Jewish Quarter only 15 min walk. Terrific shopping district 10 min walk the other direction. If you just want to wander, there’s beautiful path along the river’s edge. From Sevilla Airport take Uber, taxi or even hop onto the Airport Shuttle Bus (“EA” Route) to main bus station only 10 min away from this perfect family apartment. We had ample amount of space (3 bedrooms and THREE full bathrooms) for everyone in our extended family. Landlord (retired business man) Javier has thought of everything; he responds to your messages within hours, and will provide a comprehensive orientation to the city, complete with maps, restaurant recommendations, etc.

This property was perfect! Javier was the best VRBO host I have ever had! He greeted me upon arrival and gave me an extensive tour of the property and provided maps and lists of local restaurants and areas of interest to visit. When I mentioned the wifi signal was weak in the far bedroom, he purchased a wifi extender the next day and installed it. The location was excellent! So quiet at night, yet close to many things! Only a 10-15 minute walk to most areas of interest. I would definitely stay here again!

We have done several VRBO rentals, and this was one of the best properties we’ve ever stayed in. First of all, the location is perfect, very central and close to the movida without being too touristy. We particularly enjoyed strolling along the river on the Paseo de Colon or on the Triana bridge before sunset. Second of all, the apartment is spacious, bright, and well laid out, offering independence between the kitchen, living room and dining room, giving plenty of privacy. My husband and I were travelling with two teenage sons, my sister-in-law, and the two grandmothers (age 76 and 83) with limited mobility, and everyone felt comfortable. Third of all, everything in the apartment is new and of high quality: kitchen appliances, heating system, bed linens, sofa bed etc. Of particular importance to us was the extremely well equipped kitchen, with a good supply of plates and silverware, various types of coffee makers, pots and pans of different sizes, and all kinds of utensils (including a cheese grater!) which allowed us to prepare home-cooked meals every day. Fourth of all, the owner does his job with passion and dedication. He provided detailed communication prior to our arrival, addressed all our questions and needs in timely manner, and assisted us in multiple circumstances from finding the calendar for flamenco shows to reserving a taxi to the airport. He is a problem solver, and a delightful person. Last but not least, the large laminated map of the city prepared by Javier shows all points of interest and practical information, which saved us a ton of time. Do not hesitate to book this property.

My two friends and I wish we could rate the apartment with even more stars. Starting off with Javier, we couldn't have asked for a friendlier or more helpful owner to welcome us. Not only was everything in the apartment carefully explained, but we also had a large map along with comprehensive lists showing everything in the neighbourhood with details including how many minutes it took to get to them! The spotlessly clean and spacious apartment had everything one would need in terms of amenities, even down to shampoo and plenty of hangers. And if all that wasn't perfect enough, the location couldn't have been better. We (not exactly spring chickens) walked to most of the major sights. I have been fortunate enough to have rented about 15 apartments in various cities through HomeAway. VRBO or others, and Javier's was truly one of the best. Stephanie T.

My family and I just returned from staying at Javier's lovely home in Seville. The pictures do not do the home justice, and Javier was excellent at communication. It is an absolutely stunning apartment in a perfect location!! We could walk everywhere and there is a grocery store right next door. We were so comfortable and Javier was the most perfect host....tracking our flight as it was delayed, meeting us on the street when we arrived, giving us maps and list of restaurants and places to see. We even had his sister, an art history major, give us a tour of the Cathedral. Every recommendation was perfect and we loved coming home at night to a comfortable bed!!
