Great spacious family holiday home. Very well equipped kitchen with everything we needed. Comfortable beds and easily able to accommodate our family of 6 adults and 3 young children. We loved the large enclosed garden, perfect for the youngsters to play safely after a day at the beach. Perfect too for the adults to relax with a drink while doing the BBQ. Plenty garden chairs & large table. Sandy beach at west wittering worth the short drive. We loved it 😎

We all enjoyed our stay, it’s always lovely to get together. The house was very well equipped and we had a lovely BBQ on the Saturday before watching the England football team win in the semifinals. A lovely meal at Billy’s where we had delicious fish and chips, mussels and fish curry after numerous starters. Thank you also for the warm welcome of flowers and bread and chocolates. Wonderful surprise.

This is a great house for a large family with a very short walk to the sea and pebble and sand beach. The 5th bedroom if needed does not have access to a bathroom without going outside which we didn’t realise until just before our stay. More cleaning equipment would be good as there wasn’t a hoover only a small broom without even a dustpan and with four children under 7 staying this made keeping floors clean difficult.

We were blown away by this property; tastefully decorated, fabulous location in a private road, 1 minute from the beach, sleeping 12 of us comfortably with ample room to sit, socialise and eat. The garden is huge with large seating and lawn areas. We were blessed with sunshine and thoroughly enjoyed drinks and a BBQ on the patio, There were SUPs, surfboards and other equipment available for guests use; unfortunately it was too windy to take advantage but a lovely extra touch. The beds were all comfortable; everyone slept really well and there was plenty of extra bedding. The kitchen was very well stocked with utensils, crockery etc and there are 3 bathrooms. The house was very clean throughout and there was more than enough off road parking for our 3 cars. Esther is a fantastic host, great communication and was extremely kind to let us check in a little early and check out a little late. We were all very sad to leave; we made happy memories at Hilsea celebrating my mother’s 80th birthday. Thank you so much for allowing us to spend time there. Highly recommended!

So many positives about this super place. Location is wonderful. Literally a minute from the beach and an easy walk to local shop, coffee shop and amazing pizza! Just a few minutes drive to East Wittering with all you would expect from a small seaside resort. Property itself was fantastic! A really great space and exactly as described. What surprised us was the beautiful garden and the equipment for water sports (we didn't use it, but was all available). This fab home has everything you could possibly need/want from a holiday let. We will definitely be returning if you'll have us!

We had a lovely time at Esters. The house was as described with a lovely large garden we could let the kids run riot in. We had 5 kids altogether aged (5-9 years) and the house was perfect for them all.
